    Room for women included 8 bunk beds, and had a very pretty view on Prague. Has its own toilet and a shower. Dining room downstairs has everything u need to make food. I enjoyed my stay there and would book again for sure.

    We were disappointed by both Agoda and the Hostel & Pension because: - In Agoda booking form it was marked that the Hostel / Pension has Car Parking (parking lot) - in reality it does not have any parking lot. During the weekend it is really hard to find a free parking space nearby (so, we would not choose this place if there was information in Agoda that this place does not have a parking space) - It was mentioned in Agoda that the rooms have AirConditioning. In reality there is NO air conditioning. The building is very old and the only way to have fresh, cool air is to open windows. Windows are so old that we were afraid that they don't fall out when we were opening them. - Room photos in Agoda platform look nicer than they are in reality - We booked private 5 bed room for our family with private bathroom - BUT there are no towels included!!! You have to rent them separately!! It's ok for hostel and paying for bed in a shared room, but it is Hostel & Pension, and when booking pension with private room & bathroom - I would expect to have also towels included!!! - No TV in the room! - Check-in was very slow!!! First you wait in a cue, and then you get to know that you have to scan a QR code where you have to register all persons staying in the room. Since we were 5, it took a long time. We could have filled the registration form while standing in check-in cue!! If there was a sign / info in Reception that we have to do this!! - It took us 1 h to park a car and check-in. Since we arrived quiet late in the evening, we got really tired and many restaurants nearby were already closing. Big disappointment due to incorrect information when we booked the place (we would not book it if we new about lack of parking space and no air conditioning) + not a fair price for what you get for it!! Only positive thing - good location. So, it was a disappointmen

    Very good experience. Close to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Reception is open 24hours. Common kitchen is very well equipped. Feels safe ❤️
