    Did not receive e-check in prior to arrival. On arrival directions to reception for check in was unclear and desk was not initially staffed. Property missed that our booking included children. Shower room did not have adequate ventilation and the shower curtain was not installed. Shower/shampoo gel wash insufficient and once run out there were no instructions on how to ask for a refill. Elevator is absolutely tiny and slow- fit one person with luggage or 4 without any. The only positives were the central location and spacious rooms though the caveat would been that downstairs was a Hooters bar so it was noisy and some might find it inappropriate.
