    Here is a strong, strict Google review that stays factual and credible while making your dissatisfaction very clear: ⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Stay — Would Not Recommend This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays we have ever experienced. Our entire Prague stay was negatively affected by the room and the conditions provided by this hotel. We were given a room on the 4th floor with no elevator, which was extremely inconvenient, especially with luggage. This should be clearly communicated to guests before assigning such a room. The bathroom was particularly disappointing and poorly designed. There was only a very small bathtub available for bathing, with instructions that water must not spill onto the floor. There was no practical alternative for taking a shower. The tub was so small that using it was extremely uncomfortable. The mirror arrangement in the room was also very strange and impractical, adding to the feeling that the room had not been designed with guests’ comfort in mind. What is most surprising is seeing the positive ratings for this hotel. Our actual experience was completely different. We genuinely cannot understand how this level of room and bathroom quality is considered satisfactory. For the price and reputation, we expected a comfortable and pleasant stay. Instead, we left feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. We absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel. If comfort, accessibility, and a properly designed bathroom matter to you, I would strongly suggest choosing another hotel in Prague.

    We stayed at U Zlateho Stromu Hotel for one night (September 8-9, 2026) during our honeymoon, and unfortunately it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we've had. Instead of being given a room in the main hotel building as expected, we were placed in a separate building next door. To reach the room, we had to walk through an active construction area, which immediately raised concerns about safety and comfort. There was no reception, no visible security, and no cameras in the building where we stayed, which made us feel uneasy and unsafe. The room itself did not match the photos advertised online and was not what we expected for the price we paid. It felt misleading compared to the images used to market the hotel. What made this experience even more disappointing is that this stay was part of our honeymoon. We were looking forward to a special and memorable experience, but instead it became a source of frustration. When we raised our concerns with the reception staff, we were told that our feedback would be passed on to management, but no solution or accommodation was offered during our stay. We understand that hotels may occasionally face operational challenges, but guests should be informed in advance if they will be housed in a different building, especially when the conditions and experience differ significantly from what is advertised. Sadly, this stay did not meet our expectations and left us feeling that we did not receive the experience we paid for. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
