Chateau 9 Apartments by Adrez

The location of the apartment was amazing! 5 mins walk to Charles Bridge, 5 min walk to Old Town square and Astrological Clock. Right in the middle of best parts of prague. Public transport in Prague is amazing, easy to navigate and stops were close to the apartment. So easy to get back to the airport too! I was worried that place was going to be a bit noisey with street noise being so central, but I was so wrong. It ewas so quiet at night. Aircon was a treat too. The management was very responsive with the whatsapp and when we needed extra towel they were dropped off in 20 mins or so.

Room was great price, but TV was in the way of getting to far side of the bed. but that was only a minor issue.

Beautiful classic design we absolutely loved with clean furniture, spacious apartment and the beds were comfortable too! Location is absolutely perfect walk for 3 minutes and you’re in the center, great restaurants and cafes nearby. Thank you for this beautiful stay we had in the fabulous city of Prague, we hope to come back in the future!

Some noise coming from outside and construction upstairs, don’t recommend if you’re coming with a car since parking is very far.

The location is absolutely spectacular, many of the sights are within a short walk distance. Very quiet, no rumors from the street even if it’s close by the “Main Street”. The bed was comfortable for us . The pillows a bit high, but overall we slept very well.

The stairs are VERY steep, almost uncomfortable steep. The space is not very spacious. We didn’t expected it to be huge, but it felt even smaller than the photos. The TV was on the “first” floor of the apartment, but it was looking into the kitchen so you basically can’t use it. There were two chairs to do so, but they’re very uncomfortable, plastic and slippery . We would’ve appreciated more if instead of the kitchen area there were a sofa. Or at least more comfortable sofa-like chairs. You literally have two options- or “hang out” and relax in the bed or sit in the uncomfortable chairs. Between the morning walks and the evening one there is literally no place for a person to relax other than the bed and the sofa-type chair that’s upstairs. If you’re two people I guess you can rotate to use the one chair.. or just go to sleep. There is an AIR conditioning, ours lacked the remote control. I wrote them and they did bring me a remote within like 20-30 minutes, so very fast. Too bad it was for another air conditioning unit and we couldn’t use it anyways. At this point I was like whatever and I didn’t write them a second time. Why would they “hide it” in the first place is something I don’t understand. I get they wanted to put as many things as possible in the small space, but it’s not giving 180/€ night vibe.

Comfortable beds, lovely terrace and good location

Cigarette butts and ash all around the apartment, which we needed to clean before being able to use facilities, five out of 6 terrace chairs were so broken they were unusable and the kitchen was not set up for actual use- fine if eating out all the time, but missing many essentials including tea/coffee making facilities and many cooking utensils.
