location probably, during warmer periods, it is very good choice
very cold, and not cooperative host, even rude he was claiming that no one before was feeling cold and complained in this apartment so I should not ask to make it meet my comfortable temperature he also did not help me with the luggage from my 3rd floor, without the elevator in the building, to get it down, on check out
