Location and charm.
The cost was WAY too high for the value. Guess Also we had unit 8 which was up 51 steps with luggage. None of the outlets seemed to work in upper bedroom. Only one of two bedside lights functioned and neither of the floor fans worked. The fans would have been good for creating white noise when the bar below starting cranking up.

The location is great if you don’t want to walk that much. Very centric
Since it’s located in the very center, you hear everything at night. It was impossible to sleep as many drunk people walk next to the building shouting and singing. It’s an old building so you can hear everything. Also, there’s no air conditioning so it’s pretty hot inside
