Old Town - Aparthotel Michalska

The location is excellent—right next to the astronomical clock. Attractions are easily accessible on foot or by bus and metro. There are plenty of cafes and nightlife options nearby. The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator and the necessary utensils for preparing meals. The beds are comfortable, and the place is clean. The apartment we stayed in was accessible only via stairs; there is no elevator. This wasn't an issue for us, but those with mobility difficulties should keep in mind that there are quite a few stairs.

I liked everything. Travelers should keep in mind that it is a pedestrian street surrounded by many restaurants, so there is noise until 2–3 a.m. The windows have poor sound insulation, so the noise is very audible. But if that doesn't bother you, it's a great location.

Perfect location, very clean

Damp smell from shower tray

I loved how close it was to the centre and how well the room was kitted out. You didn't need anything at all. Fridge, hairdryer, iron, wardrobe, hotplate, kettle.

I was basically harassed by the front desk woman via booking.com. I got in late (2am) monday and then met my friends the next day. I didn't make it back in time to pay the city tax to the reception. I told her I'd pay the next day. I got the cash out ready to pay the next day and I rudely had her banging on my door at 10am the next day demanding the tax payment. I handed her more than what was necessary and she still messaged asking what time time I was checking out. Check out was 11am... so that's when I was leaving. It wasn't a massive deal but it annoyed me!

Location excellent.

No t enough towels or basic kitchen equipment expected for self catering. Towels threadbare!
