The apartment’s location was excellent, within easy walking distance of Charles Bridge and the Old Town. Many sights, cafés and restaurants were nearby, making it a convenient base for our family stay in Prague.
The apartment was noticeably worn overall, with damaged parquet flooring in places and paint peeling off the shower tiles. The floors and rugs were very dirty, the toaster was unclean, and too few towels were provided for our family of four, so we had to request more. The apartment initially smelled strongly of smoke, and the water in the shower did not drain away.
