De locatie is uitstekend. Het samenzijn in dit huis erg gezellig. Het bakkertje onder aan de trap met lekkere koffie en broodjes voor ontbijt ideaal en goed.
De bedden waren behoorlijk hard en niet erg comfortabel, trappen naar boven kunnen wat vermoeiend zijn door de hoge traptredes. Verstoorde nachtrust door de ongelofelijke herrie op straat van de tegenoverliggende pubs. Op iedere verdieping een badkamertje maar er is maar 1 fatsoenlijke douche. Bovenverdieping redelijk donker. Weinig stopcontacten.
