We were met by a friendly and helpful agent. The location was perfect for touring the old city. The apartment is well equipped, and although near the centre, it was nice and quiet at night.
The A/C was very weak.

The balcony on the roof is very nice, comfortable chairs, great views - just as promised. The apartment is light, with good windows and has decent facilities. There's plenty of room and the bedrooms are cozy.
The apartment is run down, paint is scuffed, countertops peeling, broken tiles, large uncovered duct in the living room, the courtyard leading to the roof has an odor of sewage, so you cannot open the bathroom window. It is a third floor walkup, no elevator and this should be stated more prominently. In short, the maintenance is minimal and old. This would be a very nice apartment if well renovated. Also the host who let us in was not particularly nice.
