Kaiserstein Palace Apartments

Sehr schönes frisch renoviertes Appartment in einem "Schloss", mit viel Platz und mit Liebe zu Detail. Ein Parkplatz zu reservieren ist sehr gut gewesen, sonst findet man kaum was in der Nähe. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass unsere Nachfragen per Chat sehr schnell und sehr gut beantwortet wurden. Es gibt viele Ess- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe aber tatsächlich kein Lärm von der Strasse war hörbar. Die Klima-Anlage ist echt gut und modern.

Wir haben nicht rausgefunden, wie man duschen kann, ohne den Duschkopf ständig in der Hand zu halten. Irgendwas haben wir übersehen. Auch haben wir nicht rausbekommen, wie die Körper-Waage angeht. Mehr Teppiche wäre besser, wir hatten Angst, unseren Nachbarn unter uns sehr laut vorzukommen, wenn wir oder unsere Kinder hin und her laufen.

Loved the apartment, it was spacious and lovely. We had everything we needed, including a small but well equipped kitchen. Two big bathrooms and a really big closet. Everything was clean and beautiful. Location was also very good, close to everything but not too noisy. A tram right outside the apartment. The air conditioning was great, wad had a few very warm days so it really helped. The staff came every second day to tidy up the room which was a really good extra, made it so much better to come back to a clean room. The host was very attentive and helpful. One of the best places I stayed in. Thank you 😊

Nothing. It would have been nice to have a laundry room or something but it didn't affect our enjoyment.

We stayed here with my wife and our three children, and the apartment exceeded all of our expectations. It is incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, which was perfect for our family — one room for us and one for the three kids. The beds in both rooms were huge and extremely comfortable. There was also air conditioning in all the rooms as well as in the dining area, which was especially appreciated during our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, and we had absolutely no complaints. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, and there was plenty of space for all five of us. The location was excellent. There is a supermarket nearby, easy access to public transportation, beautiful views, and plenty of historical areas and attractions within easy reach. It was a great base for exploring Prague and a very comfortable place to return to after a long day. The communication with the hosts was also excellent. They were incredibly responsive, and our messages were answered almost immediately whenever we needed anything. This was my ninth time visiting Prague, and I can honestly say that I have never stayed in such a great apartment here. It really made our family trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again, whether traveling with my children or with another group. Highly recommended!

The only minor thing to keep in mind is that this particular apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by a few flights of stairs. There is an elevator in the building for the upper floors, but it doesn't serve the first floor. It was a little inconvenient with our suitcases when arriving and leaving, but otherwise it wasn't an issue for us.

Great location, clean and spacious room with a unique design.

The €350 deposit seems excessive. I have never had such a big charge for such a deposit. It was eventually reverted, but upon looking at reviews on Google, a lot of people have issues with getting their deposit back. When we checked with the staff that we would get the deposit back and that we were concerned as we had seen bad reviews about this, we found the staff quite rude as they asked us why we booked if we had seen bad reviews, and then they claimed all the reviews on Google were fake. Then when we checked in, our bedroom door would not close which we sent them proof of. While they did move us to another room, they told us they couldn't see an issue with the door. It was clear that you could push the door from the outside without using the pin code or even pushing down the door handle, so there was a clear issue. They also told us it was fine to sleep in the apartment with the broken door as the building was safe, but who would feel comfortable with that? Overall we were disappointed with the staff's treatment of us, and there is never any need for such an expensive deposit.
