Majoituspaikan isäntä Happy osaa asiakaspalvelun erittäin loistavasti. Hän vastaa viesteihin ja kun tarvitsimme apua TVn toimimiseen hän tuli välittömästi auttamaan. Sekä vaikka uloskirjautuminen oli klo 11.00 niin saimme olla klo 12.30 asti ja henkilökunnasta joku aurinkoinen nainen vei meidän laukut alakerran huoneistoon säilytykseen koska lentomme lähti myöhään illalla,klo 21.45.saimme koodin tähän huoneistoon kun haimme tavarat. Ei siis avaimia käytössä vaan koodilla kaikki ovet,ihan loistava juttu. Ja majoitus aivan loistavalla paikalla,McDonalds aivan vieressä niinkuin pieni kauppa josta sai aivan kaiken aamupalan valmistamisesta ruoan laittoon . Suosittelen tätä paikkaa myös senkin takia että se on erittäin hiljainen vaikka aivan keskeisellä paikalla.

Kahden makuuhuoneen perhehuoneesta puuttui vessasta peili ja samoin myös eteisestä.ainoastaan yksi peili kylpyhuoneessa.

Great location, clean and spacious room with a unique design.

The €350 deposit seems excessive. I have never had such a big charge for such a deposit. It was eventually reverted, but upon looking at reviews on Google, a lot of people have issues with getting their deposit back. When we checked with the staff that we would get the deposit back and that we were concerned as we had seen bad reviews about this, we found the staff quite rude as they asked us why we booked if we had seen bad reviews, and then they claimed all the reviews on Google were fake. Then when we checked in, our bedroom door would not close which we sent them proof of. While they did move us to another room, they told us they couldn't see an issue with the door. It was clear that you could push the door from the outside without using the pin code or even pushing down the door handle, so there was a clear issue. They also told us it was fine to sleep in the apartment with the broken door as the building was safe, but who would feel comfortable with that? Overall we were disappointed with the staff's treatment of us, and there is never any need for such an expensive deposit.
