Die Lage okay, 600-800 Meter zur Straßenbahn. Es war sauber und ruhig. In der 7 Etage konnte man auf die Terrasse und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Großer TV, klasse Internet. Kurz vor der Haltestelle ist das Restaurant U Kaspara mit leckeren tschechischen Essen zum günstigen Preis 👍🏻 Auf der andern Seite Barka Grieche, dort gab es traditionelle griechische Musik.
Positive Kritik: Beim Doppelbett teilt man sich die Decke zu zweit und diese raschelt irgendwie, war beim Schalfsofa nicht der Fall. Das Malm sollte mit Filz zwischen Lattenrost und Bettgestell ausgestattet werden, klappert sonst (der Klassiker bei Malm). Die vorgegebenen Parkflächen waren besetzt, haben dann doch noch eine Lösung gefunden.
