New apartment with useful equipments like washing machine and AC.

Too loud when the door is open to the terrace due to its location right next to the rail way. They were not that responsive. We asked a question on how to use AC on the day we arrived but did not get the answer at all until we left. The window blinder did not work, less privacy. It has to be fixed.

Het appartement biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. Kooktoestel, voldoende borden bestek pannen. Afwasmachine, wasmachine, nespresso apparaat, waterkoker, strijkplank en bout. Prima lekker hard bed met 2 kussens, goede douche. Een tuin met zitje en bankje. Airco!! En parkeren op afgesloten terrein.

De buurt is niet gezellig. Zit naast vuilstortbedrijf. Aan het spoor. Je moet aardig klimmen om in een leukere wijk te komen.

The property has almost everything that you might need, including proper kitchenware, air conditioning, a television, and a washing machine. The host is also very responsive and will try to get you whatever it is you may need.

I specifically selected this property for the terrace, which is completely unusable due to the train tracks. They're like 30 meters away and are used by both passenger and freight trains that are constantly passing by from the morning through the evening and into the beginning of the night. It's not even a sound you can get used to, as the noise varies with the speed of each train. You can even hear the noise from the trains with the windows and doors closed. The washer is just a washer, not a washer-dryer, and the drying rack provided is ridiculously small. Whoever cleaned the flat did not do so with attention to detail. The floor should have been mopped better, and the bed sheets literally had stains on them despite being washed. There's also a large dying plant that no one thought to water or remove. Oh and when I went to get the keys, I had to wait for one lady at reception to return to her desk. A lockbox would have been preferable, particularly because the reception desk is up the hill relative to the property. So if you are traveling alone like me, you have to move your suitcases up the hill with you.
