Near downtown (pretty much walking distance) and yet quiet and safe. Loved the supplies for coffee and tea. All was very well cleaned and organized.
It was little more outdated than showed on the picture. It was smaller than looked on the pictures as well.

Although we did not meet Petr personally, the key hand over and check in process was seamless.

Great location
Confusing getting the key - no information regarding getting the key from pizza shop - a local girl living in building told us to go to the pizza shop. They were not friendly or helpful. Felt unwelcome. They did produce key eventually.
