High Heaven

Location very convenient to historical sights and to restaurants. Bed large and comfortable A/c

The pillows are not very good. Also there was no cleaning every morning, just a change of towels if needed

The location is perfect. Next to metro, and a few minutes to the main square. The room was just like photos. The room and ensuite were clean, bed comfortable. And it had an elevator. Staff were helpful.

The location, the lovely light and fresh air from the skylight window, nice and cold mini bar fridge.

The squishy pillows, probably the worst pillows i've ever slept on. At least provide one firm pillow in the room so we have an option, and the single size quilt on an extra large double bed.... that was just not good at all.

The location was superb. It is located in the middle of the old town but thanks to the double glazing it was very quiet, even during the weekend, and even though there was a bar in front of our window. It is a 1- minute walking from the Old Town Square and 5 minutes walking from Vaclev Street. A metro station was a few steps away. It was very easy to find the Hotel, which has an elevator. The room is beautiful and spacious, with a great shower. The host was very kind and helpful. We had a great stay.

There were only two dissappointing issues. The first was 2 matresses instead of one big matress. We requested for one big bed while making the reservation. The second was the balcony. I specifically made sure there was a balcony, while in reality it was very small and couldn't accommodate two peolpe, which made it impossible for us to enjoy a cup of coffee outside. In the end, we spent most of our time in the City, so it wasn't a big problem. I just think they should have been more accurate about the balcony and the matress.
