Friendly staff, location right in the heart of the city center. Clean room and the building has an elevator. Quiet at night too. Nicely functioning air conditioning. Regular room cleaning. They also helped me with my luggage after check-out.

Great apartment - had everything we needed, spacious, great to have washing machine. Excellent location, main square only a few minutes away and Charles Bridge close in the other direction, metro right there.
Useful to know the bathroom doesn’t have a door. Didn’t matter for us but may to others.

The staff us very responsive and attentive. The room is perfect for a short or long stay and they have a bigger one if you want extra space. The bathroom is amazing, you have everything you need. The location is PERFECT, 4 min walk to the old town square. French fries by it and multiple spots walking distance. Very safe.
There's nothing bad to say. Maybe the a/c could get colder but that's a common thing we've noticed in multiple places.
