Location and apartment itself were just fine, good level of equipment in kitchen. Big windows for natural light.Plenty of space.
Towels - low end, one for a week. Bedding covers were strange and small - one single quilt for the double bed. No A/C but you asked for us not to open the windows - get real! You sent me far too many unnecessary emails, for instance, I received 4 emails between 1am and 8am on the day of departure reminding me of the check-out process / rules which you'd already sent me several times. I'm not an idiot, once is enough.

Good central location. Easy access to public transportation.
Lack tea or coffee in the apartment. Atleast enough to tide you over for 1 day, before you go out to shop
