LOFT Apartments

Great location, comfy beds, and we really love the style of the apartment. Generally clean and well looked after.

When we arrived the boiler was broken and a man was there fixing it. This can happen of course but, after travelling since 3am, it was unfortunate to be unable to shower and unpack for a couple of hours...plus having an unknown man in the apartment with us was a bit uncomfortable. Collecting the keys from a restaurant nearby was a bit of an odd process and some restaurant made us feel uncomfortable. The apartment isnt very accessible but I assume this is because it is an older building. Maybe a stairlift could be added in the future. Some of the furniture shown in the photos wasn't there and rooms looked different than expected. There was some writing on one of the beds and drawing on the bathroom door. There were small things lacking like an appropriate amount of towels, no hand soap in one of the toilets, no lid on the bathroom bin, and we found long strands of hair (of various colours) in the apartment. These were definitely not ours! One light fixture was hanging off the wall and large boxes of rubbish were left by the front door of the building. One bedroom door was very heavy and difficult to open which seems dangerous if there was a fire or other emergency. One of the fans didn't work which made sleeping trickier in the heat. A shame as the place has real potential!

The location was so central it was with walking distance of the shops and attractions. Beds were comfortable plenty of room

Hard to find a fault with this property except the fact it has no lift

No t.v , portable air con units remote controls did not work , batteries wasted .a bit plain
