The apartment was nice and clean and comfortable
The instructions for getting in was all wrong! We were outside in the cold with 4 upping kids for about 30 min before he responded to my Facebook message after ignoring all my calls😣. In the morning also there was no check out instruction and there was no way of getting a hold of him! We almost missed our train trying to return the keys

La situacion, la limpieza y la comodidad de las camas
La falta de atención del propietario cuando llegamos y a -1°en la calle le contactamos por whatsapp porque no coincidia el numero de apertura del cajetin de las llaves y nos colgaba y solamente insistia en enviar el mismo código de apertura que ya teniamos y que no funcionaba. Tuvimos que probar todos los cajetines que habia hasta dar con la combinación. El Sr ni se preocupó de confirmar si habiamos entrado al apartamento.
Por otra parte, la entrada al edificio tampoco está nada bien en cuanto a limpieza y orden. El apartamento en sí, todo bien.
