Tomas the manager was quick to respond to anything you messaged him about. Really helpful. The place was beautifully presented. Good quality linen and products and good check in with the young man on security.

Security staff seemed to have no very local knowledge about anything, even the restaurant next door or the trams running 30 metres away. Everything was handballed to Tomas. Lovely apartment overall but a ridiculously small table, even for one person. There is no logical reason for this as it is spacious. Also the only lounge chair is designed for looks not comfort. More information at check in would have been helpful. I has to go to security for the WI-FI password for my laptop and the man on duty could not tell me. The men in the security office were on duty in 42° heat with no provision that I could see for cooling. Not even a fan. No wonder they are not very hospitable. I have recommended the apartments to friends but advised them of the limitations. A major one fit travellers is an iron and ironing board. There is plenty of space to provide something so basic. It is largely because of the lack of that amenity I would not stay again.....unless that changed.

Very clean. Great location in front of the metro. Linens were excellent. Very spacious.

It was all great. Could use a steamer or iron. And there was no dresser/chest/bureau.

Fantastic location, just steps from major attractions and public transport, yet wonderfully quiet. The apartment was spotless and clearly well cared for. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the air conditioner and OLED TV made the stay even better. The small kitchen was fully equipped with high‑quality appliances, including a stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and all the dishware and cutlery you might need. There’s also a small elevator and a concierge/security who can store your luggage. Everything felt new, modern, and thoughtfully chosen.

There’s no on‑site parking, so taxis or public transport are the most convenient options. The kitchen is suitable for light meals, but not fully equipped for extensive cooking. This isn’t really an issue, though, as there are plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood.

Newly renovated in style with all the modern conveniences with a touch of the 1899 original buildings. Comfortable all the extras to make your stay really memorable.
