Very spacious, 2 sofas to sleep on, 1 massive double bed and 2 single beds. Great facilities and amazing location

Right now there are building works but that didn’t alter anything about the stay

Доступность. Хорошее расположение относительно достопримечательностей. Большая квартира, можно разместиться до 6 человек.

Квартира во внутреннем дворе, нет вида из окна. Окно возле входа в дом (подъезд). Были шумные вечеринки у жителей сверху, что мешало отдохнуть до 3х утра. Хозяин не коммуницировал в переписке букинга.

The location is good and the apartment is spacious, but that’s where the positives end.

The apartment has potential, but it is very poorly maintained. The place was extremely dirty—there were someone’s old boxers and used tissues behind the bed, spider webs everywhere, and the sofas and chairs were visibly filthy. Overall, the cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. We arrived an hour after the check-in time and there were still people cleaning inside, although it did not appear that any proper cleaning had actually been done. It is disappointing, because if properly maintained it could be a nice apartment. We were relieved that our stay was for only one night.
