This is a spacious apartment very close to metro, train station and the main square. It has a fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom and fans in each room. It is situated close to many restaurants and walkable to most tourist attractions in Prague. The hosts were very responsive to a small issue we had which was resolved quickly. Highly recommend.
The street outside was a bit noisy at night when all the windows were open due to the heatwave in late June.

訂房時一直以為有桑拿，但入住的卻只有Fireplace的房子。
訂的房子共有3張床，卻有一張床沒有鋪上床單°4個人住4晚只供應兩卷廁紙，要不斷與Office溝通增加供應，有點煩°其中一張雙人床位於客廳位置，並不是房間，該窗簾掉了下來，要到第3天才被掛好。另外一間房是沒有𥦬的，沒有用到°總之以為自己訂了兩房3張床，結果只係一廳一房可以用到

The location is very well situated, close to many tourist attractions.
Cutlery was almost nonexistent.
The blinds were not working.
The property was located on a different street from the key pickup location.

Location and access was good
Poor service :
1. TV isn’t working; despite complaining multiple times no one came to review the issue. There was once email came mentioning that technician will come between 9-10am; but none came and we have wasted our time waiting for technician.
2. One of the bed in our apartment was faulty; it was not stable to even sit on it. Again no respond from host despite complaining about it.
