Main Prague Square apartments Sauna and Fireplace

spacious rooms, beds and showers great.. good location

key collection and trying to get key using code from lock box in different location, then tyring to use key to the lock on door v annoying til we figured it out, couldn't find cutlery but maybe it was there

La ubicación muy cerca de la estación de trenes, cercana a mercados, a la calle principal cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. Usamos el sauna, solo a tener cuidado con la base que quema

.

The apartment was perfect, well maintained, clean and tidy and the location excellent for all the sites in Prague. I usually plan quite a bit when I go away but no need with Alex and Kate, they provided me with all the information I needed, how to get there, links to restaurants, bars and other attractions and communicated with me well, the whole time I was there. They have other apartments in Prague so I think I'll be in touch with them next time I stay, maybe in a different part of the city - we are all very pleased with our stay.

I can't think of anything

Location and access was good

Poor service : 1. TV isn’t working; despite complaining multiple times no one came to review the issue. There was once email came mentioning that technician will come between 9-10am; but none came and we have wasted our time waiting for technician. 2. One of the bed in our apartment was faulty; it was not stable to even sit on it. Again no respond from host despite complaining about it.
