Location was perfect, close to all amenities. Staff at Ventana Hotel were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.
Comfy beds, being able to arrange late check-out etc.
Would have been lovely to have a sitting room to relax with there being 6 of us, this was advertised but obviously given a different room. It was obvious renovations are underway which is very much needed. However, rooms were clean and once renovations are complete, will be stunning.

The location was great and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space for two couples.
Our biggest dislikes was the wifi was quite slow; we were only given two small bars of soap (ie., no other toiletries); and the clothes dryer did not work at all. If you like supportive pillows, these were quite soft.
