Great location near main attractions and metro stations. Beds were very comfortable.
My only complaint is the cleaning standard.
Overall it was clean, but I think it could be better at some places.

The location is one of the best for this apartment. You need just 5 minutes to reach the city center and Museum metro station.
We were 8 people and it was very comfortable for us, all facilities are worth the money.
We wish we had one more shower in another bathroom.
Check in at 4 pm is very late, because we have arrived early in the morning and we leave our bag in the office and we pay extra money for it. I think it's not very right, but anyway it has happened already:)

Nice beds and kitchen. Master bedroom is really nice. Good location too.
Not terribly dirty but does need some work. Only one key so may be hard ti coordinate if you have multiple people coming and going at different times. Check in process was a pain, had to go to the property management office first at 4:00pm then go all the way back to the apartment which was about a 20 min walk away. Also on Main Street so if you open your windows the whole place will smell like cigarettes.

Locali sporchi (in particolar modo il bagno), muri devono essere riverniciati, wc del bagno più piccolo non ben fissato alla pavimentazione. Attrezzature cucina insufficienti, in particolar modo per 6 persone.
