All was good, a lot of space, two separate bedrooms and a sofa. Clean kitchen, all facilities for convenient living. Perfect for a group until 6 persons.
Everything was there except sugar and coffee/tea.

Location
I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay. First of all, I never received the check-in instructions. When I called to resolve it, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unpleasant. The room itself was in an unacceptable condition. There was an unbearable smell coming from the drains, which was so strong that I couldn’t sleep at all. On top of that, the TV did not work. Calling the helpline during the night would not have helped me anyway. As a "compensation," the hotel offered me a ridiculous 190 CZK. I accepted it, but it was a complete joke compared to a ruined night and a total lack of sleep. It was a terrible experience with awful customer service. I definitely do not recommend this place.
