Tucked away from the centre but only a few minutes walk from the action. Close to the jet ski lake. Beds were really comfortable. Had everything you needed in the caravan. Definitely value for money.
Outside needed a bit of TLC, grass very cropped but weeds poking up everywhere. BBQ was greasy and furry so we didn't use it.

The rental was close to all amenities. It was a good size too. There's a large TV on a stand in front of the fireplace but it only works on WiFi and the signal was bad all weekend so we couldn't have it on. My granddaughter is 4 so goes to bed early so it would have been nice to watch it.
A microwave would have been good too.
Things in the cupboards were messy so I felt I had to wash before I used.
I liked the van and it's situation just needs a few changes to make it great.

Food was disappointing
Asked for Guinness for half a pint as changing barrels and then ran out but didn’t refund. Ordered burgers without sauce, came with sauce then took ages to get fresh ones meaning hungry kids while adults eating the not eating as a family. Ran out of several items on menu for a pre booked meal. Staff were lovely but the food was 5/10 level and 8/10 price
none of the services were available, not sure why we paid £100 for passes…all of the activities were booked apart from the zip wires which were £50 for two kids to go round a small loop twice. No swimming available as booked, no high ropes as booked, no other activities open on the Monday due to change over day…why we paid for the pass for 3 days is a little confusing. Even the bikes which were the only things free cost £20 for two kids for an hour

Very clean, plenty of space, comfortable beds and bedding, warm, kids toys and tv, kitchen equipment including air fryer, great location.
