was good for half term mini break but wouldn’t return, so much extra costing than haven

Food was disappointing Asked for Guinness for half a pint as changing barrels and then ran out but didn’t refund. Ordered burgers without sauce, came with sauce then took ages to get fresh ones meaning hungry kids while adults eating the not eating as a family. Ran out of several items on menu for a pre booked meal. Staff were lovely but the food was 5/10 level and 8/10 price

none of the services were available, not sure why we paid £100 for passes…all of the activities were booked apart from the zip wires which were £50 for two kids to go round a small loop twice. No swimming available as booked, no high ropes as booked, no other activities open on the Monday due to change over day…why we paid for the pass for 3 days is a little confusing. Even the bikes which were the only things free cost £20 for two kids for an hour

Disappointing and will never return.

The property was not as described online. Cupboards were full of half used/eaten foods, and had the hosts personal belongings filling them. There was even toe nail clippers left next to the sofa. The main bed was not a double as described as both me and my partner had our feet hanging off the end of it (we’re 5’6” and 5’7” so not exactly tall!). I was disappointed with the state of the caravan, how tired it felt, and how much it felt like we were intruding in someone else’s space due to the cupboards full of crap. The carpet was also threadbare in the living space and just not at the standard you would expect for the price I paid. I have attached 4 images but have even more of the items left in the property that we had to work around.
