Luxury Caravan 3 Bedroom 8 berth With Hot-tub guests 6 and above require a bond

Spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. Smelled lovely when we arrived. All cleaning supplies provided which was much appreciated. Oven and grill heated quickly, which isn’t always the case in a caravan. Free Wi-Fi on sight is a bonus but rather erratic and doesn’t work all the time as the caravan is quite far from the main facilities. Double bed extremely comfortable so slept well. Jewel in the crown was the hot tub, which is a novelty we don’t have at home.

Situated in the flight path of RAF jets during the week so don’t expect peace and quiet. But that is more of a site location problem and not the owners fault. Baking trays supplied really need to be replaced as coating is peeling off. Also one tray still had cooking fat on it from previous guest. Shower door is difficult to open and close easily and the shower tray fills with water and doesn’t drain for a long while so could possibly be blocked. Radiator in shower room could do with a lick of paint. Freezer needs defrosting.

Not full size singles so a bit uncomfortable for adults but this is the case in most caravans Shower door could do with some tlc as doesn’t open/close properly

Very nice caravan, clean and tidy, all the things that you would need were catered for, shower was good, hot tub was good, we had a nice couple of days there

Caravan was well equipped clean and comfortable, we went for a chilled 4 nights and that's what we got. The hot tub made our break.Great value for money.

The location on the park was nice and quiet (beware you are need the end of the RAF runway, when planes are flying). Caravan is great though and very well equipped

Lack of plug sockets in smaller bedrooms

This is the second time we stayed here. The caravan itself is perfect, very clean, well equipped, the owner is very quick at replying and helping when needed.

The site is the down side. We had the passes this time, and it just gets you access to arcade, restaurant, entertainment (which isn't that great for children, unless you pay additional costs average of £18 per child per activity!). The breakfast, we waited 1hour 30min for it to arrive... my nephew accidentally broke a plate (it fell off the table as he cut), and a worker was quite rude about it. We spent our day at Skegness, and last time we went to the local farm. Both outings weren't too far and we had a lovely time, so staying here was perfect in the end. I just do not recommend paying tattershall for the passes... its a waste of money. The wifi/signal isn't great.. it kicks you off the server after a while and won't let you back in unless you pay.. but again, we were so busy with the hot tub, and at the seaside, it didn't really affect us too much. I have no faults whatsoever with the caravan, it was perfect, and the hot tub was loved by the whole family. Thank you Tony, we will book to come back again soon... when we are next due a seaside visit to Skegness! Just 1 tiny thing is... I'd recommend supplying a air fryer to help with quick meals on the go.. saves heating up an oven after a long day. But that is all!

Lovely host, very helpful, promptly provided all the information needed. Very quick to respond to queries. The accommodation was lovely and clean, well looked after and had everything we needed to settle in for the first day. Was a nice walk to the main complex and very close to the lakes. Perfect location for a bit of plane spotting too, the planes were right overhead on their way down. My family and I had a wonderful break and would not hesitate to book again in the future. Thank you very much.

Loved everything about the caravan. The hot tub was lovely, working and clean. The decor, the bedding and all the facilities were great too. We had a lovely 2 nights, and the kids especially loved the games in the livingroom, who knew connect 4 would stop siblings bickering! We thoughrouly enjoyed our time.

Whilst not controllable by the host, the planes were particularly noisy on our trip! Our fault for not researching the location though - would be great for military plane spotters!

Had a great stay really enjoyable loved the planes going over, walked the lakes in the morning. The Geese were annoying first thing in the morning, but we ended up having a laugh with the comical antics.

The wasps there was so many, but then that is nature and not any issue with the van.

The caravan was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed for a fabulous stay The owner was easy to contact, friendly and gave us all the instructions before hand for an easy trouble free stay!

Straight forward key collection, great communication. Large, well equipped caravan, spotlessly clean, in lovely part of the park. Hot tub and outside area was lovely. Exceeding expectations, it was just what I needed for work.

The property was very clean and great location

Full ant infestation, there were ants coming through the radiator pipe going into the ground the bed was full of them meaning we couldn’t sleep in the bed. They were all in the bathroom. Contacted the owner to make him aware and was very unhelpful. First stating he was aware of the problem but didn’t know what to do about it and then going on to blame my family for having things in the bin? I wouldn’t book here as this is the kind of problem you would have! I do have video evidence but won’t let me upload them on here

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Particularly liked the comfort of the double bed - and slept so well in it.

Bedrooms were very compact and bijou - so could have done with a bit more space there. No fault of the host, but no access to resort facilities (including restaurants and bars) unless you have purchased passes. We went elsewhere. Also advise visitors (especially if you are taking children) to check up on planned flight training at RAF Coningsbury. We were treated to a great Air Show - but it was noisy and continued one night till 11.45pm.

My emails & notifications were delayed in delivery. I had to call the owner for location information. Also, because of the delay, I was unable to book any activities, but also, the fees to use the bar area and site facilities for two days were ridiculously expensive. The site lost money in the restaurant and bar because we didn't have park passes.

Lovely clean lodge for 2 night stay with two mums and four kids, had the best time. Flight shows added unexpected bonus. Saw a spitfire and numerous tornados.

Everything great with the property only downside was if you want to use the sites bars and restaurants you have to pay about 80, one pub at the entrance you can go to for no charge and is about a ten minute brisk walk
