Very disappointed

The caravan had not been cleaned thoroughly there was grease on the hob. Drinks spilt down the table..then to my disgust I pulled the quilt back on the double bed to stains the bedding had not been changed. There are holes in the doors. Non of the things we was told would be provided wasn't, ect tea sugar coffee kitchen roll, bin bags.. half a roll of toilet roll which resulted in us buying them all for just a weekend..

It’s no big deal at all to me but there wasn’t an HDMI lead for the games console but as said it was absolutely nothing to me and didn’t cause any inconvenience on my stay, the internet was a little bit slow but it worked that’s the main thing

Accomodation was clean , beds were comfy, en suite double bedroom . smart tv , games for the kids. Owner was very accomodating and I really appreciate the quick response.🥰

property was good, Wifi was just unstable but owner informed us it won't be the same as the usual household wifi . Due to the weather we has a hard time looking for the property as it was way too far from the entrance but location was quiet and it was all fine.

The layout was lovely and welcoming and very warm and cosy. We slept well and had a good evening. Loved the lounge and kitchen area and it was very homely. The decor eas lovely too.

The location was hard to find - the street name was not on the boards and it was a long way from the entrance. It was difficult to open the key safe as it was quite low down and muddy area around it. We could not get the heating system quite right. The quilt on the main bed was too small and we used one off another bed as well. The tea towel in the kitchen needed a good wash. The TV signal kept going off

Horrible experience!

We as a family were there for a day to de-stress and the reason I booked this was due to great marketing by the owners to highlight there will be smart TV with all internet streaming programmes (Netflix etc.) available and X-box for the kids. This was critical for us due to rainy weather. To my utter disappointment, internet didn’t work at all and inspite of me complaining first thing when I reached, no action was taken and just received an apology e-mail from the owners blaming the weather. Kids had nothing else to do due to rain and had the weather been fine, would have left the caravan the same day Absolute waste of my money and time!!!

Lovely stay at Tattershall Lakes.

The Location at the edge of the resort park was nice. The holiday home was well equipped, clean, and tidy.

Nothing much to pick up. maybe could use a better mattress on the double bed, but it was comfortable.
