It was a great place to stay for the price, just to note the entertainment and most things on the park were closed in January but we had a nice time.

The caravan we stayed in on entry smelled like it just recently been cleaned. But once the smell of air freshener wore off one hour later, there was a faint smell of damp through the entire caravan for the three days we were there. Running out of gas on the second night woken up by the freezing zero temperatures outside at 6 am with no heating and no hot water After calling the Out Of Hours number were informed, it would be 9 am before anything could be done 3 1/2 hours later somebody turned up to change the bottle Me and my wife and son all stood there in our coats freezing cold Unbelievable, they could rent out a caravan and allow you to run out of heating in the middle of the night at the end of November Not even an electric fan in case of an emergency. Besides that a broken dining table freezer that should’ve been defrosted drawers missing from the fridge. Overall pretty disappointing.

The caravan was very clean and not what we expected at all. There was plenty of room on the inside for the 3year old to play and the wrap around decking let him run round outside without us having to keep an eye on him all the time. It is as also within walking distance of the complex which was nice. Overall we had a very nice few days, the only thing is most of the activities are closed on a Friday.

Accommodation wasn’t clean. Very disappointed. Carpet didn’t look like it had been hoovered and I stood on 2 toe nail clippings!!!!! Toilet hadn’t been cleaned or outside the shower cubicle or the hob which still had grease from previous occupancy. Card said cleaned by Megan!!! Shocking

Ordered x1 wheelchair access caravan got x3 caravans with no access , wheelchair user had to go back to care home only x1 caravan used park and Expedia aware and are refusing refund for the x2 caravans not even booked

no towels or bedding for sofa bed caravan is way far out so you can’t visit resort facilities without driving. Asked at guest services about towels and they said we weren’t in premium so would have to buy some

We had to move caravans as the first one smelt like it had just been fumigated, the process for this was long and very draining after arriving at the property but very glad they got this resolved. We moved from an 8-berth comfort to some kind of 6-berth but were just grateful to be away from the smell of the other caravan! This place is lovely, feel like the caravans could do with a little better upkeep but know the team work hard there. Facilities are never ending and lots to do, caravans can let them down though

Ant infested caravan Tried to complain but no one answersd after hours service. Woman on hotline said nothing she could do. No one at reception. Checked out a day early told them why and no one has bothered to contact me

Lodge with hot tub, was not cleaned to any but what appeared to be low standards. Cobwebs were everywhere, from decking to chairs and tables outside, to inside finding huge spiders on blinds, with the cobwebs attached from headboards to the pillows, on curtains to the sills indoors, with hair clips lying on bedroom floors. Most walls, floors and surfaces had stains that could probably have been cleaned with some basic cleaners. The main communal shower, would not drain, tried unclogging and the black scum came up showed this had been their a long time. Bedding had stains and were causing irritation to all of us, presuming that they had not been changed for a long time. Our hot tub, was supposed to be checked everday, but not once did someone turn up to do this, the water was low and never topped up. The main arcade had sweets they were handing out that were out of date by a year. Overall we did not feel clean or comfortable and staying at 2 different away resorts now feel this is maybe not a one off, but these standards are common to this company.

We had an amazing stay, tattershall park has plenty to do with bars , restaurants and and lots of activities. It is situated next to RAF Coningsby and a little noisy but we went on there training week and was amazing to watch the displays and stunts. And Skegness is just a just over 20 miles if you want a day out. Overall we are definitely going back.

The electric fire in my caravan did not work. The carpets although clean on the surface could do with a deep clean to revive the pile. I reported this to reception. Overhead low flying aircraft every day were very noisy, I know this can't be helped with an RAF base right next door. Otherwise my stay was fine.

After having stayed before , this caravan was the most basic I’ve stayed in , it wasn’t particularly comfortable the seating area was very dated and quite old and worn, the duvet cover was white sheets sewn together and the duvet didn’t fit in, I wouldn’t like to think of a family in there as it was very very basic. The pastures area feels very much like an overflow and it’s so far away from the facilities that a car is a must. Didn’t really enjoy my stay this time .

Just come back from a 4 night stay, very clean and modern. Lovely views across the lake and can imagine in summer would be a lovely spot to sit out. Didn’t use the park facilities as had other things planned but seemed very popular.

This was a work trip , the caravan was clean and the facilities were ample for my needs , do take your own towels , but bedding was clean and the bed very comfortable , the caravan stayed warm I didn’t use any of the club facilities so can’t comment. Overall it was great for what I needed

The caravan itself was ok for somewhere to get our heads down (visiting family close by) but I’d have been gutted to stay here as a holiday. The caravan absolutely reeked of dog and there were questionable stains everywhere. It’s clear it had not even been hoovered or properly cleaned as there was a blanket of dog hair over the carpets. Various little mud splats up the walls like a wet dog had shaken off after a walk. Long blonde hairs tangled in the curtains. A frozen bottle of milk randomly in the freezer. Full and overflowing cup of cigarette butts outside the door and other rubbish. A few hairs in the beds. Mould in shower. Various other minor things. The facilities for cooking were fine. Location nice and quiet. The park itself is great and we’ve stayed at Tattershall lakes before in a wood cabin (different company). Would not stay with this particular company again as the cleanliness and standards are obviously not up to scratch.

Lovely caravan park, lots of activities day and night. Great location for trips around the area. Caravan was very clean and comfortable, take your own towels as non forguests, can rent them 2 for £6 from reception. Loved watching planes at raf base few minutes away.

Upon opening the doors of this property u are welcomed with what smells to be a dogs den. The stench of wet and dirty dog lingers through all the furniture and especially the bedding. Regardless This property was dirty and uncleaned. Bin was full of previous people’s rubbish! No towels provided floor was dirty my partner had a nail sticking through his slipper. Visited guest services and was told it would be solved they did come spray air freshener but obviously the smell did not go. Had my sister as part of the trip travel 4 hours to be apart of it she previously has a bad chest and she was unable to stay the night due to her being unable to breathe. The property and facilities are beautiful it’s a shame about the hygiene and cleanliness. Also a shame wasnt moved into another accommodation or my complaint even really been acknowledge. Spoilt the stay as my sister was unable to due to the smell being so bad.

Our family stay was really good the place was lovely the only 2 faults i found was my partner went fishing a couple of times the first time he paid but didnt get a peg because the ones that were left were very weedy and it snapped his line and also there was alot of rubbish around the bit he fished that other people had left which he picked up and the only other thing i felt the staff could of been abit more friendly but overall a loving place to stay
