Great break away

Lovely 2 night break away - Owners very quick and responding to messages! Had no problems - nice & clean and they even left a little something for the kids which was a nice touch! Will defo be booking again

Disappointed that it didn’t live up to expectations

Caravan is in a good location, not too far from the main entertainment area, but far enough that you can’t hear any noise. Hot tub was clean and maintained - the hot tub cleaner was there on our first morning.

On arrival I had to chase up for the key code. Check in was at 4pm and I was told that we would be notified of it once the cleaners had finished. Arrived at 3:30pm, no cleaners there. I messaged and phoned several times from 4pm but no response and finally got the code at 4:30pm. Decked area was dirty. Kitchen area wasn’t very clean. Big web with a dead insect near the sink. Floor hadn’t been swept and there was a big hairball on the kitchen mat. There was also a very dirty tea towel hooked over the kitchen cupboard. Was told deposit would be returned 24-48 hours after leaving but only received it once I’d chased it up.

Really enjoyable stay in a beautiful location.

A great caravan in an excellent location. The caravan had everything we needed for our week away with our three children. The van itself is of an excellent size and we experienced no issues from a space pov.

Quiet area of the lake Comfort and clean

Only thing which needs updating are the blinds in the living room were stained, new curtains in bedroom, the toilet system has cracked, surrounding area round the caravan needs tidying up, cigarette butts all over, bottle tops and rubbish. Used blood sugar strip on steps. Maybe invest in an air fryer as due to gas being lower in pressure, cooking things takes a while- 50 hrs to cook chips.

Lovely caravan - have stayed before but think it was with difference owner? Clean, modern, nice hot tub. Good value for money. Would stay again. Double bed very comfy!
