Excellent accommodation and attentive host!
Probably the best caravan I have ever stayed in! Spacious, clean and comfortable and included everything you could need for your stay. Set in a quiet area of the park so very relaxing atmosphere. Dog friendly too! We didn't bother with guest passes but there was plenty to do - a short walk to Tattershall and about 35 minute walk into Coningsby for cafes, pubs and attractions. Also we drove 15 minutes to Woodhall Spa to use the Jubilee pool (the onsite lido was fully booked during our stay and needed passes). We also managed to book activities on Jet Ski Lake - fun but a bit expensive.
Nothing to do with the caravan itself but the cost of guest passes was rather high.

Perfect Stay
Stayed for the August Bank Holiday, very clean and well-kept van, inside and out. Perfect location, only a 5 minute walk to the main facilities but tucked away nicely so wasn't disturbed by a lot passing guest.

Wonderful break in a welcoming, well-kept caravan.
We had such a lovely stay! The caravan was spacious, spotless, and in a perfect spot near the main complex. The decking with furniture was great for relaxing, and the host was so friendly and quick to reply, which made everything easy. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely short family break with a fantastic host
We had a lovely stay in this caravan. The host was extremely accommodating and replied quickly to any questions we had. He went above and beyond by returning my daughter’s dress and bracelet that we accidentally left behind. The caravan was spotless, well-equipped for our short family break, and the beds were very comfortable. The decking area was ideal for our 2-year-old and dog. Highly recommended
