Poor value for money. Cost £196 per night.

Had 4 bedrooms

Dirty, dirt splashed on doors, some wrap left on but main issue dirt from possible dog splashes. stuffy damp bedding that had been washed previously but folded away damp kind of smell. No instructions to alter temperate of hot tub so hot tub went cold after one day and couldn’t get back up to temperature. Shouldn’t have to call people out to alter things, instructions would have been good. Boiler was whistling, clearly needed a new part. Caravan located far away from amenities but can’t be helped on a very large site. Informed owner of issues on arrival home which he said was no good, felt I was shut down without any token partial refund as I think it wasn’t worth the standard of the price paid

Great weekend break, enjoyed using the hot tub and visiting surrounding areas. Didn’t use the facilities on the park.

Loved the hot tub! Great location. Very clean and lovely to have general cleaning products left and cupboards full of utensils and cooking tins/saucepans. Felt very homely.

2 rings on the hob weren’t working, hot tub area was quite exposed to surrounding caravans

Location is beautiful and the hot tub was a lovely extra, caravan was clean and cosy

No towels or even tea towels! When i have stayed in caravans before those little added extras go along way! We had to make our own beds on arrival which wasn’t great after a long drive and with 3 kids! I had to drive to a shop to purchase towels, toilet roll and a tea towel

Hot tub ready on arrival - warm and clean Plenty of cooking utensils and equipment Plenty of space (although there were only 3 of us in an 8 berth) Easy to collect key from lockbox Good location on site Site facilities excellent for families Passes received via WhatsApp and easy to use once we had them

The caravan needed a very good/deep clean The place smelt strongly of wet dog - we realise it is pet friendly, but it wasn’t pleasant, especially in the main bedroom and living room carpet We stayed in the main living (this was our choice so we would have more room as our baby’s Moses basket wouldn’t fit in the main bedroom - this is not the hosts fault!) and the pull out bed was uncomfortable

Wouldn't rush back

Hot tub was nice & quite private. Enough rooms for nobody to sleep in the lounge. Plenty of seating. Two toilets.

Poor, last minute communication from host. Nothing on site to do, not even space to kick a ball or gra b a drink unless you pay for a pass (£95 for the 36 hours we were there) Inside is ok but has some broken bits like knife and fork drawer that didnt easily open.

It was a lovely van

Was quite a way to walk to the entertainment with small children. Also previous people had left a frying pan full of oil in the bottom of the cooker so when I came to get it out the oil went all over the kitchen floor!!

Was perfect for what we were looking for

Close to entertainment and sleeps 10 people so was perfect for our stay. There is a lot of seating outside on the decking and big hot tub. The owners were easy to contact and we were given information about purchasing passes from the owner with plenty of time to sort them before arriving. Check in was easy and property was clean, thank you :)

Disappointed stay

The area was nice, very small village. The tattershall Lakes was nice, you needed to pay far too much money for the activities which were not many. Archery, which looked pathetic, Little pedalos, which you could only go round in a small circle on the water. There were arcades, swimming pool and jet skis. That's it, really. My sister and I wanted to go near the lake and have a picnic, but you can not sit near the lake as this is all private area.

The caravan was not clean, the oven extractor fan was disgusting, the carpet was dirty, and the sofa was not clean. The bedding was old and had staines on as well as the duvets. The freezer had not been cleaned and had ice pop stains and had an aroma. The whole place was unkempt. The TV remotes had dead batteries, so we could not use the TVs. The outside area was in need of being refurbished, and the hot tub had lids missing. Only one outside light came on. The door key only fitted one door, which was at the far end of the caravan.

Didn’t enjoy the hot tub

The property was plenty big enough loads of space to sit anywhere. Loved it had a full size dishwasher.

Some of the decking is coming away from the entrance and all of it was dirty. The key didn’t fit to one of the property doors. The hot tub didn’t look the great to be honest so we never went in it while we was away for those 4 nights. Our tv didn’t work in our room the mirrors in bathrooms all had streaks.the beds/ pillows was not comfy.

Basic family caravan... Everything we needed. Ideal for our family of 7 Adults and Pet Great location for a day out in Skegness Great off site pub

Nothing ... Ideal for what we wanted from the stay... Little disappointing that we needed to purchase passes just to go for a drink in the pub onsite. These were available to purchase from the caravan owner though, but I choose not too. We did visit the off site pub which was excellent 😀

The caravan size and hot tub was good. The Tattershall site is very good and has alot of good entertainment and leisure facilities.

Accommodation = Upon entering at the caravan, there was a funny musty smell which was there throughout our stay. The carpet in the main living area wasn't vacuumed and thee was also drink stains on the table which I had to clean. There was also a party in the caravan next door which went on until 7 in the morning which was very annoying. The spitfire eating area was a good space however, I found the food quite overpriced for what we received.

Not as good as it used to be

The location is good.

The caravan was not clean with grubby walls and things left under the bed from previous guests. The small beds are not suitable for adults, and the park is extremely poorly run and expensive. We paid £95 for park passess only for everything to be booked up and unable to use. Will not return.

Compact static caravan with 4 bedrooms and a nice hot tub on the decking. Was exactly as described in the advert - But i should have checked the room sizes better as this was disappointing

The bedrooms are all tiny and there is very little storage. Considering this can sleep 10 people it is not clear where everyone would store their belongings. The caravan is on a site where wrist bands are needed to get into the amenities and book activities. This would have been an extra cost.

Very poor experience

We loved the location and area

The van was not very clean and beds were terrible, we paid a lot of money to all stay together but ended up have to be put into 2 separate vans as the big van had apparently got an issue with the hot tub. Facility’s we paid £250 for passes and literally terrible entertainment and only had swimming outdoor that was any good of which we could only have one hour. Would not visit again

The fact there were 4 bedrooms helped for our blended family. Hot tub was good too.

The fact it was next to an RAF facility with constant planes going over every half hour would of been nice to of been told. Not a great alarm clock when it shakes the whole caravan!
