No Internet service, hob didn't work, not very clean. Had to put our own bedding on. Advertised 4 bikes, only 3 available.

We were very disappointed with our stay in this caravan. We chose this accommodation and paid a higher price specifically because it was advertised as having a PlayStation for the children. Unfortunately, the PS3 did not work at all, making this feature completely unusable and the listing misleading. More concerning were the safety and maintenance issues throughout the caravan. The fireplace had no ignition system and could only be lit using a lighter, which poses a serious safety risk due to potential gas build-up before ignition. The grill repeatedly went out on its own, and the oven did not function properly. Additionally, the oven shelves were extremely unsafe. The side supports were not secured, causing the shelves to collapse repeatedly, even when food was placed on them. This created a clear risk of injury and made the oven unsafe to use. These problems significantly affected our stay and caused unnecessary stress, particularly as we were staying with children. Overall, the accommodation did not match its description and failed to meet basic safety and maintenance standards.

Good value for money

Resort was well kept with many activities available. Nightlife was ok. Bars and food facilities good. Hot tub was excellent.

Activities were expensive as was drinks. Caravan was cramped for 10 people luckily the weather was great and spent most of time on spacious decking.

We were only there for 2 nights & chose not to purchase leisure passes, unfortunately we were not permitted to enter the arcade area with no passes therefore unable to hire a family bike or tag along for our youngest member of the family. We didn't actually find a designated safe car free cycle route. We found the hot tub under sized for a 10 berth accommodation. But despite the above we still enjoyed our family getaway. The accommodation was good value for money.

Amazing weekend with my family, hot tub was incredible, everything was clean and the bedrooms were cosy.

I would have liked there to have been a guestbook, I feel like that would be a good addition; as we had never been to tattershall lakes before so a map of the place would’ve been a nice touch to have in a guestbook to welcome us to the area. Apart from that everything else was spot on

Facility,s on site good, a bit dear for hot and cold drinks.

Our fault forgot we were next to an R A F Nato base, with Typhoon jets taking off and landing till 9 pm at night.
