WiFi poor ,paid 130 pound for entertainment passes but everything was fully booked waste of money

Clean safe friendly site

Well positioned within the resort, spacious for a caravan. Nicely decorated , comfortable bedding. Good sized fridge freezer. Had the basics needed for the stay

Linen wasn’t provided and that would’ve made our load lighter.

Great location. Had all the kitchen essentials needed. Nice good sized powerful shower. Close to the main hub and entertainment/activities area. TV and DVD player. Good communication from property owners and very helpful.

Only drawback was the wifi / digital tv connection was intermittent, but surrounded by trees will have an effect.

Th caravan itself is okay

The location is very crowded with other caravans and there were too many cars in the nearby caravans during our stay meaning they were parked on road. which was not a through road but still busy with cars trying a short cut. Limited privacy as lodges and caravans overlook each other in all directions. It was a shame there was a lingering odour from previous occupiers. Some furniture could do with renewing due to wear and tear. We cut our stay short due to the weather and very poor data coverage in area. On 3 different networks could not get no more than a 1 bar on 4 G. The site network never worked either. We refused to pay the ridiculous prices for day passes, so with the rain and no option to log onto the internet properly we returned home.
