Fabulous few days away

The caravan was in a superb location, very clean and comfy, if you wanted to cook it had every utensil you'd ever need as well as an iron and ironing board. Although we didnt use as it was quite a wet week it has a lovely sitting and BBQ area round the back of the caravan, the hot tub was fantastic overall the property was both great value for money and a fantastic base on a superb park

The caravan was clean and the settee was comfy.

There was no welcome pack upon arrival. The property stayed it has wifi, it doesn’t. It works off the main site WiFi which drops in and out all the time. The oven didn’t work at all. It lit but then didn’t get hot. We had spent £125 on food to take with us and couldn’t use most of it. The hot tub worked but the jets weren’t powerful. The first time we used it it was also dirty. The heating worked in the living room but the bedrooms were very cold, even when on highest setting. The owner was made aware and a refund asked for but not given.

What I didn’t like was property owner making accusations regarding my self who is a single mom to a 1 year old. Wanting a £100 holding damage deposit and is refusing to refund me my deposit back making accusations that’s I’ve messed with the boiler wich I won’t do simply cause I don’t know what I’m doing

We had a wonderful holiday. It is a very popular resort.

The caravan was well equipped and had everything we needed for our family holiday. We loved the garden area with family seating for our barbecue and also the swing seat provided welcome shade and relaxation. We were really glad it had two toilets and the shower was great. We loved the hot tub. The location was excellent. We were provided with plenty of passes and the owner was easily accessible, knowledgeable and friendly. Staff at the resort work so hard. Entertainment was great.

A bit shocked at the price of beer and the £55 for 15 minutes jet skiing. Surprised that you had to book for the swimming pool. We thought our passes got us into all areas of the complex including the pool. It was frustrating to hear that people had booked to go in twice and we had to queue for 40 minutes to get in once. Similarly, we were told you could book on the day for the extra activities such as paddleboarding. We then found out all the places had been booked up and we couldn't get a place for our granddaughter.

Nice break away

Hot tub was great with the decking area proving useful too. Comfortable beds and sofas, plus a selection of dvds, LEGO and ps4 for kids - a nice touch. Overall size of the van was good for a family of 4. Nice to have a bbq on the pitch (weather permitting). Kids enjoyed seeing the rabbits outside. Any issues were handled swiftly by the helpful and responsive host.

No space to store food stuffs in kitchen cupboards. Lacking a couple of basic utensils such as potato peeler and cheese grater. Cleanliness wasn't amazing in a few places and some parts of the van starting to show their age.
