Not bad location, further than we thought. Hot tub was a nice luxury

Upon arrival the door was unlocked and key code on show. There was chocolate and sweets smeared all over the verander and rubbish under the outside seats and around the hottub. Hottub was full of grass that we had clean and fish out before use. The top step going into the caravan has snapped and dangerous, my dad tripped up it. The caravan is nice and spacious, but inside didn’t look like it had been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders all over. Had to wash all crockery before use, even the 2 dish sponges left had been used and wasn’t clean. There’s a huge leak under the sink too. The curtains all hanging off in most rooms. Beds weren’t made just look like they had chucked the covers on. The fridge has a huge crack in the shelf. And food was left in it! We made the best of what was there but for the money we are sad and disappointed in the state the caravan was when we arrrived.
