Caravan was fine, site was great plenty to do.
The front gate and post leading upto the caravan was very loose ( informed David of this) only real problem was the hot tub! First night the jets didn’t work and water Luke warm… David was very quick and to respond and this was sorted, however another 2 nights we could not use the hot tub due to the temperature of the water!
The hot tub control panel needs replacing as it had been put on the wrong way round which lead to us not being able to use the control panel. We ask for a refund for the 3 night hot tub that we couldn’t use but we have had no response since our return 24 hours ago!

Just the location
Had to clean facility and utensils before we could use. Un-usable hot tub, it wasn’t fixed till Thursday afternoon so couldn’t use it throughout holiday.. the cleaning crew turned up during holiday and said we were due a clean but we had already checked in 3 days before hand which was a Miss communication from the owner
