Nice & relaxing stay with beautiful views and hot tub

The caravan had lots of space for 2 adults and 3 children. It was really modern and top spec and show worked fab. The hot tub was the best with beautiful fairy lights on the decking which added a lot to it. The location was perfect and the views onto the lake were amazing. Thank you for our lovely stay!!! We paid extra for late check out as well, which we really appreciated but overall the cost was pricey with the guest passes, it's the same everywhere these days!!

The remote buttons were a bit annoying as they were constantly sticking and hard to press. Kids only watched tv when we were cooking so wasn't so bad. Connection for the wifi wasn't the best so we ended up hot spotting.

Location was lovely, beautiful view over the lake. It was not far to walk to facilities. Kitchen well equipped & good to have plastic plates, cups etc for children. Shame only 4 dining chairs for 6 people. So hot on our stay van got very hot - an outside awning would be very useful.

Cleanliness of caravan was poor. The living room area had UNO cards, dummy & objects left under settee. Filthy corners in sliding doors in sitting room. There was a slow cooker with no lid, therefore unusable. Hoover was not working.

the caravan was clean, welcoming, comfortable. we loved sitting out on the decking playing games while admiring the beautiful view. my husband loved his own private fishing swim too.

Relaxing break at Sunset View

Well equipped caravan in a great location. Home from home. The view on to the lake is amazing, we were lucky with the weather and were able to sit outside by the lake a lot, enjoying the tranquility. Nice walks around the country park , Tattershall Castle 10 minutes walk away. Well worth a visit. The lido on site is heated,lovely to swim in. Very relaxing break.

Outside area and views we're excellent and breath taking

Cleanliness needed more attention to detail...sadly to say we spent the first half an hour cleaning the shower, toilet and the living room area.... finding rubbish a burst 🎈ballon from a previous guest under a bed wasn't nice to see either... the gas was very low/slow and took a long time for things to cook..all the above is what we didn't particularly like😪...we just came to chill

Great contact from initial enquiry and quick to respond to questions and updates. As stated the views across the lake were amazing and loved the ducks and bunnies in the garden. Great location and close to activities and a few minutes walk to entertainment and restaurants.

Only slight negative is the lack of pressure of the shower but understand it’s a challenge to increase.

Shame about accommodation, but a lovely view and setting.

Cleanliness. Had to clean crumbs out of cutlery drawer, off worktop and sweep the floor. Vacuum does not work. Shower was difficult to turn on. Dining room furniture needs cleaning. Patio windows had dried bird excrement on them. Decking could have done with a power wash. The rattan furniture doesn't bare mentioning.
