Large caravan with lots of space and little touches with the takeaway menu drawer and small bottles of wine left out for us. Comfy beds and hot tub was lovely.

Only two toilet rolls for the weekend and did not know I’d need to purchase more when run out. No large towels (not too much of an issue) and there was a small draft from the caravan door when it was windy.

Perfect, home from home

We booked this stay 24 hours before coming here and we were so happy with our stay, very warm and cosy! LOVED the fact they had air fryers and nice comfy beds. Lots of games for kids, Xbox’s also was amazing! Didn’t use to y on the park but drove to Skegness. Overall the stay was just amazing stay my sons loved the hot tub always warm

The location was great. Great view of the aircraft taking off. Hot tub didn't feel overlooked and caravan close to the towpath for walks with the dog.

Lovely stay in the beautiful country side.

Nice and clean had a home like feeling. The hot tub was lovely and hot. We loved the fighter jets flying above during the day, absolutely made my son's days there.

Easter Weekend 🐣

Great communication with owners; smooth check in and out. The caravan was very clean and spacious with extra little touches like the air fryer and xbox. The hot tub is fabulous. The site is great with plenty of things to keep everyone entertained and some lovely walks around the lakes. Loved watching the people on the jet skis. Thank you for the welcome gifts.. such a nice gesture.

Excellent happy holiday home

The caravan is spacious, clean , each room is unique. There are so many extras in this caravan. Has an Xbox with really cool games. Beds are very comfy. Lovely location and a pleasure to have communication with the owners very helpful xx The hot tub is a 10/10 keeps its heat ,clean and great fun. This is definitely value for money Will be returning again hehe Thankyou xx

Overall an enjoyable stay!

We loved the hot tube, our girls were in everyday and really enjoyed it. The caravan was lovely and clean also. We didn't buy the on site passes as they were ridiculously expensive at £240, bearing in mind most activities were fully booked. (not the caravan owners fault) We did find plenty of good stuff to do locally for this kids so this wasn't a major problem.

The RAF fighters jets taking off every evening from 4pm to 11pm wasn't ideal. Sometimes they were flying in the middle of the night too. The caravan is basically under the flight path. It was interesting at first but by the 4th night, when 12 took off in a 15 min period it became a bit annoying. It was that loud my 3 year old had to cover her ears every time one flew past. Believe me when I say these planes are loud! They woke our children up quite often. (I must point out that this isn't any fault of the owners of the caravan.)

The caraven was big and had plenty of room for 4 adults. It was clean and tidy and the little added touches they provided made it a little more special. The hot tub was the icing on the cake

Oct Half Term 22

The caravan was very well equipped, clean & comfortable with the added bonus of a hot tub that was serviced everyday. The site is very clean and well maintained. We loved seeing the RAF typhoon fighter jets that flew over the site.

Paid a fortune for entertainment passes but all the activities included in the price were all fully booked. Activities are bookable to those with a booking weeks in advance of the actual stay. We didnt know what we wanted yo do on each day so didn't book swimming etc so missed out, all other activities were bookable at an extra charge. All the water sports were also closed. The prices of food and drink were extortionate! The site is very dog friendly but had no doggy waste bins. All this is site related and nothing to do with the actual caravan we stayed in.

Absolutely amazing, the caravan is spotlessly clean and hot tub was great! The resort is beautiful. We have visited loads of different caravan sites and this is one of best we've been to. Would definitely book again.

It's nothing to do with the hosts but the passes to have access to swimming and arcade were really expensive. £95 for 3 nights is way too much. We have stayed at other Away resorts and its no where near that price.

the property was clean and comfortable plenty of room and catered for us all with their game selection and dvds also the hot tub was lovely made our holiday to have a relax in there after being busy with the kids in the day

We didn’t like the loudness of the jets and how near we were to the raf site but to be completely honest as the days went by we quite enjoyed watching the planes and got used to it perhaps would of liked to have known before we arrived

Very relaxing especially the hot tub.

Just a little hiccup about passes we were quoted £80 as we had never been before and only a short stay we declined. On arrival we were told it was £45 in our opinion a more acceptable price. Perhaps next time we will purchase one. It didn’t spoil anything.😀
