The caravan is in a great location on the lake. Beds are comfortable and the caravan was very clean. The caravan comes with everything you need and the hot tub was great.
A few aged parts to the caravan and a few things looked like it had been repaired but were fragile to use. The fishing deck was covered in bird mess but I understand this cannot be helped. We also had a lot of ants in the kitchen and bathroom although ant killer was left for us, we used it.

there was hundreds of ants in the caravan. went all in the living area and the food in the kitchen and all over the kitchen sides.
