About this campground/ rv resort rental

🌺Our Lakeside Retreat is a beautiful 3-bedroom luxury mini lodge with wrap around decking & large square hot tub situated overlooking the Jet Ski Lake at Tattershall Lakes. Waiting to take you away from the hustle of everyday life, for a relaxing break in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside.

Stunning views of the lake 🌊 ready for amazing sunsets! Ideal for a romantic break for 2 or action packed family break.

A £100 security bond is due on final balance payment refundable once you vacate.

The property was as described in the advert, perfect spot in the park. All needs in our family group were suited for the 3 nights we spent there. The caravan had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was perfect. The cleanliness wasn’t great, the carpets needed a good hoover, the hoover needed emptying as was full of hair entwined in the roller. The shower cubicle had bits hanging off it. The decking outdoors was covered in food and sweets which had not been mopped down from the last people who visited. But the host has a good relationship and trust with their cleaners. Little things I know but when having left the van tidy and as we found it, we were charged for a broken hot tub lid stating that we had either stood on it of sat on it. Each day the hot tub had been checked by someone on site in the mid morning with no problems reported, we had used it for the first two days but prior to leaving the final day and the day before it had not been touched, stood on or sat on. To be accused of this as we were the ones who had hired for the day when the breakage had been noted is frustrating and disheartening. Had we broken the lid it would have been reported, as a family we have respect for other people’s belongings and would under no circumstances stand or sit on the lid of the hot tub. There is plenty of outdoor seating with the van. We now have a charge of £200 which as you cannot speak with anyone via Vrbo just auto comes out of your account.beware!
