Overall a pleasant stay the fishing swim needed trimming.

It was quite peaceful apart from the war plane's, the setting was lovely

Very loud planes, the ducks and geese were a bit of a nuisance Very messy . Couldn't use the upstairs balcony due to birds nesting. The Lodge was very creeky there was a plate missing in the kitchen

Fabulous location in beautiful surroundings very clean and so spacious was just perfect even for 8 adults Soooo relaxing and peaceful did not want to come home Host Michael was really helpful and organised Balloons to be there for our arrival for a bday celebration ….can’t wait to go back 🥰

Amazing property!

Home away from home! Ideal location, nice & clean and relaxing! The hosts/owners really go that extra mile to make your stay the best it could possibly be. Not one of us wanted to leave, needless to say we will definitely be booking again! Super comfortable and extremely spacious too, there was 8 of us and plenty of room instead of feeling like we were falling over each other Thank you once again!

Exceptional

Lovely well equipped, spacious property. The hot tub was lovely, our young daughters loved feeding the geese every day particularly the 2 families of baby geese. Lovely decking area outside and the fishing on duck lake was great as always.

Perfect

We had a brilliant time celebrating my mums 50th birthday at the lodge! The lodge looks beautiful inside and out and is really rustic and cozy! Fishing was brilliant, my partner caught 19 carp during our visit, one being 24lb! Bedrooms were spacious and comfy! Kitchen was excellent had everything you needed, plenty of pots, pans and crockery! It was excellent to have a washing machine too! Enjoyed the hottub which was lovely and warm! Our host michael was really helpful, and always responded quickly!
