Superb place to stay

Loved the hot tub and it has everything you could possibly want or need is there. It was very clean and super comfortable 👌 owners were great very supportive and there at the end of the phone if we needed them.

Just a little tired but didnt bother us at all had a fab relaxing break. .

Very tired looking caravan, nothing like the photos

The hot was the only redeeming feature

It had a very bad smell, the sofa had hardly any padding and was dirty with torn cushions. The fridge shelves were broken and the toaster was rusty. The bikes provided were unfit for purpose and the gas barbecue was absolutely filthy. A very tired caravan and nothing like the photo description

Good overall, with some small issues and big issue.

The hot tub was the star of the show. The family really enjoyed it, to the point I now have to buy one. The caravan was a good size and accommodated 6 people very well. The 7th, not so much. The Smart T.V and free WiFi helped entertain the kids at times. The property was easy to access. The owners responded in a timely fashion, even calling from their holiday in Dubai when there was an issue (although not resolved as on Easter Sunday and checked out the day after). Access passes were ordered almost instantly. The place itself is far from the main entertainment (other side of the lake, literally) and we drove in due to a family member with a disability but this wasn't an issue as there was plenty of parking and I don't drink. Overall the caravan size was good. It was very warm which was managed with turning rads down as the thermostat screen was pixelated and not useable. Kept us comfy as the temp dropped.

All the ratten was breaking on the sofas and the egg chair (literally bottom dropping off the egg chair). The hoover didn't work. The free bike rental, as advertised was some old beaten up and rusty bikes chained up outside the back of the caravan, only 1 was passable to ride and that sounded like a wreck, unable to change gears. The sofa looked alright but was awful to sit on and worse to lay across. The BBQ wasnt cleaned after the last use so was not useable (although we never planned to use it). The main problem. We noticed a smell from the bedroom with the window open and noticed that the waste pipe had dropped and the feed in tubes and bungs had popped out. That meant that anything kitchen sink/bathroom/toilet/shower would leak out when used. There was toilet paper all over and people could be heard commenting as they walked past. Embarrassing, but nothing we could do. We called the number provided and then the owners (in Dubai it turns out). I understand that on Easter it wasn't solvable but the fact that the emergency number provided then said I had to contact the owner was off. This should be addressed, especially as it involved sewage waste. I also saw what looked like dried toilet roll further under the caravan so unsure how long it had been like this before being noticed.

Loved being right under the flight path of the typhoons etc.. from the RAF base. Really clean upon entry, two bathrooms too, which was nice! Hot tub was great and the beds were comfy. Lots of space.

Not having a car, it was quite a long walk to and from the entertainment. There were lots of wasps around (lots flying into the caravan) but perhaps the time of year for them? Would have felt more comfortable if there was some form of net curtains on the windows. Due to the weather being awful we spent more time in the caravan but felt we couldn’t even watch a lot on the TV due to the internet being quite poor.

what a beautiful weekend we had weather was amazing too, we really didn’t want to come home, caravan is lovely with everything you need and more, the kids loved the bikes also available with the van and not forgetting the hot tub & south facing decking 👌🏼 we will be definitely returning. thank you again 😁

The caravan was lovely, very homely had games for children, beds all comfy. Hot tub was a bonus and excellent for the price. The hosts were very easy to speak to. All in all lovely holiday and stay. The passes for the pools and pubs was great too.

We loved the self check in. The owners communication and sorting any problems out is like they live on their devices it's that quick. My daughter loves Tattershall we have stayed in many units over the years and this is one of the best.

absolutely gorgeous caravan and very well kept ! The swinging chair is so comfortable and the hot tub always perfect temperature. The caravan is a 15 minute walk roughly to the entertainment but it’s actually a nice walk. my daughter loved the play car and scuttlebug to play with too. Loved how there was bikes there too we could use but we didn’t end up using anyway but option there for people who would prefer to cycle. The sofa was really comfortable too. Also had a tea towel, washing up liquid and hand soap already there. Just needed sponge and toilet roll which we forgot and had to buy (woops!)

The double bed is a bit hard and did cause me a back ache but my back doesn’t agree with a lot of beds. The cleaners need to Hoover under the beds I have a bit of some OCD traits and noticed 2 wotsits under beds and a big old stain on one of the duvets but I informed owners straight away so they can let the cleaners know. NOT owners fault but we had trouble with swimming. There was absolutely no bookings for swimming online or at the leisure desk they point blank refused us for the whole weekend. we managed to get a booking in aqua play area next to the pool and walked through the door to go in the pool while it was quiet and as soon as it got busier we went back to the splash area again, something the park clearly needs to look into as the pool they have is tiny for the size of the park!

the sofa wasn't very comfortable and it definitely needs updating the main bedroom was too small if you we're on the big side you wouldn't be able to get in the bed at the sides wardrobe needed cleaned

Perfect location, Lovely caravan. Very homely and comfortable. Hot-tub was a added bonus. Very much a relaxed atmosphere. Owners were very helpful with anything that was needed. Overall a very pleasant stay and will be back next year (hopefully more than once.) 10 / 10 in all areas.

OK, needs a deep clean

The hot tube was lovely and the owner was very helpful

it needs a deep clean, furniture full of stains and the outside egg chair just looks sad. the location of the caravan meant that everyday the planes would fly over and make the caravan shake, we’ve traveled with a three month old which made him scream each time.

We love Swan View Retreats

Swan view retreats was fabulous. It was located a short walk from the main area for food etc. The accomadation itself was beautiful, the beds were comfty spacious living and dining area with two decking areas so we could move with the sun. Perfect for families with lots of personal touches like childrens scooters and toys. The hottub was incredible and of perfect temperature. The hosts were fantastic from start to finish and very attentive and quick responding to messages providing us with all information before arrival of things we can do and how to book prior to our stay. We had an incredible time and hope to be back visiting soon.

Good

Our first time at Tattershall and we would definitely return. The site had great links to Skegness and Lincoln making a great day out. The hot tub and outdoor furniture/space was good, especially with the weather being so warm it meant we could enjoy the sun more. There was a lot of space in the caravan as well which was really good. The host were really friendly in advance to our stay.

We couldn’t get the oven to work which as we chose not to get the entertainment passes we wanted to cook more which was a struggle with only the hob. There was also only 2 pans which were very unclean when we found them and the handles were falling off which also wasn’t great. One side of the double bed had a large dip in it meaning it was quite uncomfortable. Other than that, a great stay.

worst place Iv ever stayed owner is a arragant scammer

cooker didn’t work tv didn’t work broken items that the owner messaged me to apologise for then later on blamed me for the damages and then blocked my number the hot tub was filthy that both my children have been porley since retuning home !! told me I needed a entertainment pass to enter the swimming and parks which cost £160 and was not the case at all . we left a day early will not return and would not recommend.

Perfect relaxing get away with friends !

Lovely stay had everything we needed, cooker didn’t work so messaged the host he told us what to do and was very friendly. They put chemicals in the hot tube was clean and all laid out. Great stay and we all want to return. Thankyou
