There wasn't anything to dislike. Some people driving past could have slowed down. If it was summer season, I would expect them to drive slower as its a family resort.

The owners are really helpful and the caravan was very clean. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of shopping in Lincoln.

Awful, saddening, disappointing and stressful.
Sadly, we didn’t not get to try and enjoy anything during this holiday. We liked nothing about the property.
We arrived at the caravan on Friday at 3pm as agreed with the owners via booking.com. Upon arrival, after searching for 30 minutes because the caravan is not clearly sign posted with a number and ‘the fairways’ as the others in the area are. The first issue was the lack of parking, the listing states enough parking for 2 cars, with no parking on the grass allowed. There was only parking for 1 of our vehicles.
We had no issues with the key safe, we got the key out easily. Entering the caravan we were met with a smell of damp and a smell best described as old dust. It didn’t smell fresh and clean, no smell of bleach or cleaners. We looked past this and took a look around the caravan whilst bringing in our luggage. The caravan did not look like the pictures, bedding and curtains didn’t match and it didn’t look as inviting as we had hoped.
The curtains were thick with dust, the cupboards in the kitchen has marks and spillages down them, we did immediately clean the kitchen so that the caravan had a smell of lemons briefly. The beddings on 2 of the beds has had thick black short hairs, we are not sure if they were human or dog hairs. When mentioning this to the owners they stated we had planted the hairs, despite us being a family of bald men and women with blonde & ginger long hairs. Our 2 dogs are Yorkshire terrier which do not shed, and have very fine grey/ginger hair. We noticed various stains on the sofas and the coffee table was badly damaged. The overall caravan felt unclean, unloved and rundown. There was a dramatic dip in one of the single bed mattresses, this bed would have been unusable.
We then decided to take a walk around the site, sticking to the roads due to the grass being wet and we didn’t want our dogs to get dirty. We came back and immediately ordered food as we were all very hungry from a long day. Whilst waiting for food, our young son noticed a bug on one of the dogs head, as her head is grey and the bug was dark brown.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fairway 54 from the 11th to the 13th of July, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The caravan was impeccably clean upon arrival, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay.
One of the standout features was the hot tub, which provided a perfect way to unwind and relax after a day of activities. It was well-maintained and added a luxurious touch to the overall experience.
I genuinely have no criticisms to offer, as everything met and even exceeded my expectations. From the cleanliness to the amenities, Fairway 54 proved to be a fantastic choice.
Overall, I would rate my stay as very good. I highly recommend Fairway 54 to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable caravan holiday.

Lovely weekend away with family
Biancas caravan was lovely and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The shower is nice and powerful. Everything equipped within the caravan what you would need, even a hairdryer. Toiletries are included. Robes & Slippers provided for when using the hot tub, which was a nice surprise, even a small padding pool provided for the dogs 😊.
Great location, we would definitely stay there again when visiting Tattershall Lakes.

Well equipped caravan, everything you needed to cook with. We loved the selection of board games there too. Fab location with plenty of places to visit nearby. There was the option to buy passes for the onsite facilities if we wanted. Hot tub was a good addition too.

Absolutely lovely.
Absolutely lovely. So relaxing and a well needed break. The hot tub was warm and ready when we arrived and the van was immaculate. The hosts were very helpful and attentive. 100% recommend this place.
