The caravan was lovely it had everything we needed also the owners were quick to respond to any questions we had, I would defiantly recommend for a family holiday, The caravans are well spaced out so no feeling of being overcrowded would book again.

I've just returned from a 4 day stay with my husband, teenage son and our dog! The property was absolutely perfect for our needs......lovely and clean, well maintained, a decent location on the site, all essential items provided and the hot tub was a lovely addition, that we made plenty of use of! It was about a 15 minute walk to the main site facilities, which didn't bother us at all, but may be a bit too far for young ones to walk.

I have no complaints at all regarding the property itself, but the site is located close to an airbase, so there was quite a lot of noise from planes doing training exercises throughout the day. This occurred about 3 times a day. Again, this didn't bother us or upset our stay in anyway, however, it may be an issue for anyone who has sensitive hearing or is triggered by very loud noise. There's also quite a lot of geese roaming around, who like to have an early morning 'chat' amongst themselves!!

Communication with the owner was very good. The hot tub was well looked after, clean, and already heated when we arrived. There are plenty of attractions nearby, although some of them require an additional fee. Unfortunately, the location did not suit us, but only because we were travelling with a child who is sensitive to loud noises. There is a military airfield nearby, and fighter jets take off every day between approximately 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The noise is very loud, and the runway is directly in front of the property, in the same direction as the cottage is situated. Apart from this issue, we had a pleasant stay.
