The caravan was very clean and well presented on arrival. The location is excellent, with everything you need close by and a great atmosphere around the site. The hot tub was a real highlight and a great added bonus, making the stay feel that bit more special. Overall, it’s a convenient and enjoyable place to stay, especially for families.

The caravan was generally comfortable and the kids slept really well in their beds. However, the double bed definitely needs a new mattress, as we could feel the springs even through the topper, which made it an uncomfortable few night sleep for the adults. Also, there was no mop provided.

Property was very clean and tidy close to all facilities of tattershall lakes very nice quiet and peaceful at night and less than an hours drive to skeggy and Mablethorpe

This was our second stay at 41 The Meadows and it was just as good as the first time! As a family of 6, it is a great space for us all and the added bonus of being able to bring our dogs made it a real family getaway. The highlight was the hot tub and we found it even more enjoyable this time in November than we did when we visited in summer - even sitting in the rain! We bring our own food with us and eat in the caravan as we find it easier than eating out we our son who has autism, there was plenty of space for us all and the added bonus on an air fryer was a welcome addition. The location of the caravan was quiet. We didn’t buy entertainment passes as we ate at the caravan and made full use of the hot tub and didn’t feel the need to buy the passes. A lovely relaxing weekend had by us all and we will definitely be looking to return again next year.

We love Tattershall and have been here a few times now. We loved the pool, the restaurants, parks, entertainment etc. We didn't let the disappointment of the caravan we stayed in ruin our week.

We booked a "luxury" caravan so was dissapointed when we arrived. Although I was told it was cleaned before arrival, I had to clean the toilet(was discusting) and hoover myself (hoover smells awful) The carpets are stained as are the curtains and there was blood and makeup stains on the bedding! There are plug sockets that don't work, chunks missing from work tops, hob doesn't light properly, light in the back bedroom doesn't work and outside was dirty too. These are all things that if fixed, would make the property so much better. We woke on the last morning with no power but the owner was quick to respond to my messages.
