Family Vibe Amazing stay

The services Mr.jangling was very helpful and sweet. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Amazing view of the pool and privacy all the time.

I prefer they add snacks in their menu like sandwiches and burger.

Location, breakfast, wifi, size of the room is quite good. Staff is alwasy available and kind.

We met some cockraoches, they cleaned it up. BUT the whole bathroom was not cleaned up: taps, shower, mirror.

Brilliant would defo recommend!

Beautiful villa we stayed for 2 nights 3 days , walkable to central Ubud , lovely and quiet area ,we were welcomed by welcome drinks and a very kind guy sang me happy birthday along with a personalised birthday cake and decorated the bed which was a very personal touch! We did mount batur one morning and the staff delivered us breakfast at 1:30am so we wouldn’t be hungry! Couldn’t recommend this villa more!!

Nothing to complain about!! Just have to be careful with leaving doors open as lots of tropical creatures outside at night 😂

We had a wonderful stay! The villa was spacious, spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were amazing (especially Nyoman!), so friendly and welcoming, and they cooked us a delicious breakfast every morning. The location was also great, short walk from food, coffee etc. Highly recommend!

A ‘grand’ villa for families

The staff at Grand Ashanti were amazing! They waited for over 2 hrs for us after being delayed at the airport and in traffic. They were easy to communicate with and very obliging. The breakfasts were great. We had the entire villa. The bedrooms were enormous and the beds super comfortable! We all loved the clean pool. Upstairs room had a lovely sunny balcony. The stairs are steep so perhaps not ideal for little people?. The villa is tucked down a quiet lane way and only a 15min walk to the art markets etc… Eateries nearby and small supermarket nearby.

More than two loungers by the pool would have been nice.

Good villa for relaxing!

Everything so nice, especially the staff. They are so kind and accommodating. They even give us complimentary honeymoon set up with real rose petal and welcome drink! We loved it!

Sometimes suddenly no electricity. And we surprised that the staff can access our kitchen amd living room from different door as (i think) they need it to set up the breakfast if our room including with the breakfast or they just need the kitchen to wash something. Im wearing hijab and this is not comfortable for me. I have always to make sure or ask my husband to check if no one in kitchen and living room. I think it is better to mention this thing so the guest will know the condition. And please be informad that the bath tub is separate from washroom. I was expecting that it is inside the washroom.

Loved my stay at this villa. The staff ketut and Noman were my favorite ! Breakfast was wonderful they are always smiling so kind and accommodating. The villa has a Balinese feel with a modern touch. The pool was wonderful. The rooms huge the bathrooms big . Every room had touchless toilets with heated seats. Everyday room cleaned bed spread towel changed 5 star service . They celebrated my birthday with decor , cake balloons and and tub with flowers ! I felt so special ! Thank you ! I would definitely stay again !

Geweldig om Ubud en omgeving te verkennen en beleven.

Quietly situated on a small road where indeed no cars can come. 30 meters from the main road. Therefore wonderfully quiet and the staff helps with your luggage. nice pool and comfortable bed. lots of privacy. super breakfast that is brought to the villa. ordering lunch or dinner is quick and is good quality.

We enjoyed our stay very much & would stay there again.

Location is nice & quiet & there is a nice restaurant just up the road, It is a about a 10 to 15 min walk into the centre of Ubud. The pool was great & very private. We used the 3 bedrooms and had an extra bed in the sitting area just off the dining area. This worked well for an extended family with 4 adults and a child (12 year old). The staff were friendly & helpful but seemed to change almost every day so a there was some inconsistencies in the level of service & English skills. Not a big deal - just cause some confusion at times. Breakfast was delivered every morning to the dining area. This worked ok, sometimes was not too warm as it was delivered from outside the villa. The rooms are extremely spacious & very well appointed. Has an authentic Bali style. Highly recommend. Note only 1 bedroom has pool access so guests in the bedrooms access the pool via this bedroom. Was not a problem for us as we were a family group.

The front desk staff were not well organized. There was a lack of communication when staff changed over.

Romantic getaway. Traditional furnishings, very clean and nicely presented inside and out. Gorgeous gardens and a picture perfect pool.

The pool is very cold but is certainly refreshing! Location is a fair walk from Ubud central and the streets are not pedestrian friendly. VERY limited hot water in the shower (lucky to get a minutes worth)

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Ende

Wir hatten die Pool Villa, mit einem wirklich schönen und grossen Pool. Die Unterkunft liegt leicht Abseits vom Trubel, etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder 4 Minuten mit dem grab erreicht man das Zentrum von Ubud. Mr. Ketut Jangling war immer erreichbar und organisierte auch kurzfristig Transporte. Auch das Housekeeping war toll, die wie von Geisterhand das Zimmer reinigte, auch wenn wir nur eine Stunde weg waren. Auch Kleinigkeiten, wie zB dass abends die Beleuchtung für einen Angeschaltet wird oder eine Mückenspirale vor der Eingangstür bevor man zurückkam, waren sehr aufmerksam. Alles in allem eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem super Service.

Très grande maison bien équipée. Le personnel est très agréable et toujours présent. La maison est bien située on peut aller facilement au centre d’Ubud à pied.

Top expérience avec piscine privée

L’accueil et la gentillesse de ketut et de son épouse. La chambre spacieuse et bien aménagée. Literie confortable. La piscine privée sans vis à vis est très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner à la carte est servi dans la chambre à l’heure souhaitée. Villa située dans une impasse donc très au calme en retrait de la route. A 15 minutes à pieds de l Ubud Palace. Très très bon warung « le Baliku » situé juste en face de l’impasse.
