Very luxurious for Bali standards.

Modern and well appointed styling. The host Putu was exceptional and nothing was ever too much trouble for him to organise. When our young daugtt here wanted to sleep in our room he had a single bed placed in the room at a moments notice. Housekeeping staff were fantastic. We ordered a breakfast on our first morning there and it didn’t disappoint! The shower products were beautiful and the Villa was so clean and welcoming. The location in proximity to the main shopping strip is a short 5 minute walk. Plenty of food venues within 30 seconds if you are happy to eat at Warrungs. Cheap breakfast across the road and lovely restaurant 2 doors up. Quiet location. Fantastic outlook onto tropical jungle. Coconuts, bananas and more! The perfect Villa for an adult group or girls week away.

The decking boards around the pool are very slippery and in some places feel like they’re about to collapse under you. The steep stairs leading down to the infinity pool need handrails. The stairs are very steep so should be considered by anyone with children or older/elderly guests as unsuitable. The description of the villa should indicate that no rooms are off the main living space. Each of the 6 rooms are completely separate and this should be considered if travelling with children that may want to be close to their parents. Handrails are not completely fixed at the base of the stairs from rooms 1 & 2. Balcony rails are very low in comparison to standard heights that we are accustomed to in Australia so easily climbed over by children.

We stayed at Villa Figaro in Ubud for a 50th birthday weekend with a large group of adults and kids, and it was absolutely perfect. The villa is pure luxury—stylish, spacious, and surrounded by scenery that looks straight out of a movie set. Our host, Putu, was fantastic—super helpful and able to organise food, drinks, and anything else we needed. The daily cleaning was spot-on, and everything was kept beautifully tidy and fresh.

It was a truly 5-star experience, and we all had an amazing time. Just a couple of things to note: the road to the villa is quite narrow, so taxis might struggle a bit, and the stairs inside are steep and could be tricky, especially for little ones or after a few celebratory drinks!

The location was amazing!!!! The staff too were beyond incredible and really helped us when we needed anything. Could not fault them! They were just great!

Just a bit of mild around the place. And a couple of issues with a toilet and an air conditioner (immediately fixed once the staff were informed) Didn’t bother our group though!

We stayed here as a family group of 12, 6 adults and 6 children. Villa Figaro is superb. The facilities, pool and location make it a great stay close to downtown Ubud. Tv's even have Netflix and some of the fastest Wifi I have seen in Bali ever. Kitchen has everything you need, is clean and well set out. The two lower decking areas are great for relaxing or as I did often, arising early to watch the sun arise over the jungle. The greatest feature of this property is the butler Mr Sarasgita. I have stayed at many 5 star resorts and hotels across the world and it is very rare you will find professionalism, service and skills of this level from anyone in the service industry. Everything about staying here was great but really it was Mr Sarasgita that made the holiday for us. It was just so easy and such a wonderful place to stay thanks to him and his cleaning staff, who we barely even saw, but certainly noted they had been there. Well done to the team at Bali Superhost, Alfred and mostly thank you again to Mr Sarasgita, you made our holiday. I would have no hesitation in booking here again, again and again.

I cannot fault anything with this property. Even the one very small issue that arose was solved so quickly by Mr Sarasgita its not even worth mentioning. The same issue I have had in Australia at a very high end resort and took days to fix. Mr Sarasgita had it solved in under 2 hours.

Sarasgita (property manager) was so amazing! Very quick responses and organised everything we needed (drivers, tours and massages (also very good!)) so quickly, he was the best and made our stay fantastic! The property is also beautiful, great spacious rooms, fantastic staff, the pool was awesome, and the water cooler in the kitchen was appreciated! We had no issues with noise. Also great location, a small walk to the town.
