The property was exactly as advertised - clean, tropical, all necessities included, and the pool was excellent also.
The bathroom was large and spacious, with a door leading straight into the pool area (to avoid getting main room floor wet) - and two sinks were also very helpful.
Main living room was aesthetic, large and comfortable, with also a straight entry to the pool.
Nice main footpath leading straight to Ubud central (name: Sweet Orange path) that’s good for a run/exercise - goes straight through rice fields and nature. About a 20 minute walk, or 2 minute motorbike ride with the staff.
Finally, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They were always happy to lend a lift to Suweta, Ubud Central Parking. Staff were definitely a highlight of the stay.
Nothing major. The front door could do with some lubrication - nothing else.

Location in rice paddies. Loved the pool and the breakfast. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Bed comfy. We walked from Ubud with backpacks, easy walk but have to watch out for many motorbikes on narrow path.
Air conditioner didn’t work very well. Many ants come and go in bathroom but not a big bother, after all you are in nature.

We loved the location set among the rice paddies. It’s was a lovely walk into ubud or nearby restaurants, or the staff were happy to drop us into town on the motorbikes. It’s a very tranquil setting and nice to get away from the craziness of ubud. Good aircon and wifi.
The bathroom had glass doors (half frosted) that looked out towards the rice paddies and the men living next door. We always showered with light off so they couldn’t see us showering. I think our villa was the only one with a bathroom like this as others had more private internal bathrooms

Beautiful and peaceful location surrounded by rice fields while still being close to the center
The fact that you are dependent on the staff to pick you up requires them to be attentive and responsive. I had informed them about my arrival time and reached out when I was at the pick up spot but they didn't respond for 2 hours. Extremely bad treatment. They need to improve here.
Other things they should improve is installing hooks or places to hang towels to dry and to change the toilet seats as they looked very worn out and didn't harmonize at all with the rest of the place.

It was lovely being out of the busy ubud streets. But still only a short distance away. It was fun having to get in and out on scooters. My kids loved it.
The roosters were very noisy. It was not very clean. The villa could do with some maintenance

The scenery was beautiful. The accomodation was nice. Lots of wildlife.
Accomodation was poorly maintained - garden furniture was perished, doors didn’t close properly, sinks were blocked with other peoples hair, toilet was stained, toilets seat was old, not as clean as it could be, pool floor was dirty, tvs did not work, coat hanger keeping the wardrobe doors shut,
Communal areas - breakfast area floor was dirty, bar/prep area was dirty. There was building materials left between units, no building work currently happening.
Ammenities - we had to request pool towels and replacements, we had to ask for the room to be cleaned, the bedding was not changed during the week, when the bed was made it wasn’t made poorly (decorative cushions, throw left off), tea, coffee and sugar canisters were empty but dirty, when we requested the towels were changed they were left on the dining table (not hung up), we had to find someone to make breakfast, the breakfast was very poor (no fresh fruit, tiny portion - one mushroom, one slice of bacon, one slice of tomato, 2 tiny/thin slices of sweet bread, 2 eggs), advertised as having a restaurant (only served breakfast), advertised as having a spa - no spa, bar on premises was empty and not staffed, no bathroom at the restaurant. Reception not often staffed.
Safety -motorbikes to get to the end of the road at night, no helmets available

The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful
It looks nothing like the pictures and is in desperate need of repairs! The walls in the villa are so thin you can hear your neighbour as if they were in the room with you. I was unlucky enough to have guests staying next door that came home at 5am screaming and yelling- absolute trash! The property is extremely difficult to get to, bike access only, so if you have large luggage like I did, then you will struggle. There was cracks and mould on the walls, stains on the sink and toilet, the fridge door was broken and made the loudest sound, it was impossible to sleep to. There was stains on my towels, bedding and mosquito net. I hate saying all this negativity about a small business, but it’s not a 4 star hotel and the owners need to fix so many things wrong with the property

The staff who bought us to the hotel on mopeds were kind and friendly
We had booked a two night stay to celebrate a birthday. We decided to check out after one night due to so many problems with our room. On check out I stated we were leaving due to room issues, the lady did not ask what our issues were or if she could help in any way but said to me “ I can’t refund your money”. I hadn’t asked for a refund ! Rude!
Our issues were:
-Broken fan in one room
-Dirty, rusty window/doors in bathroom
-Paint peeling everywhere
-Dirty pool water
-Outside bath , plug didn’t work water only trickled
-dirty duvets on all beds , yellow and one had blood stain
-builders can see into our bathroom and worked till gone 8pm and started banging again at 7.15am
-shower in one room trickled our brownish water
-shower in other room didn’t work while outside hose was being used by the gardener
-side light next to bed didn’t work and was falling off the wall

I booked this place on the same day.
I was not sure what to expect but this place was just perfect and it has been a cute nest during my stay in ubud.
The location is just perfect, the rooms are beautiful and it's magic waking up in the middle of the rice fields!
The walk to/from the hotel was one of my fav things: you are immersed in the rice fields, cute coffees and local restaurants along the way and it really feels you are on another planet!

Loved the location in the rice fields but so close to town. The hotel offers free scooter rides to Ubud Central parking as the venue is not accessible by car. It’s otherwise a quick 10-15min walk to the center.
We loved that it was located a little bit out of town. The landscape was amazing.
There are few warungs near the venue for lunch/diner. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
A little bit more maintenance and styling/decoration would elevate the place. The place was clean just chipped paint and small details.

Great location close in but away from the busy town
We did arrive very late and was given a number to ring when we arrived. We had to ring 5 times before someone answered. It was 3am and we were getting ready to find somewhere else to stay but finally got through. Giving it was 3am (our flight was delayed) it was kind of understandable but we were getting a bit worried.

Lovely location but had a lot of work being performed on the outside area. In particular the gardens and front entrance.
The picture did not correctly represent the current presentation as at 17 - 20 July.
Be aware that you can only access the property by foot or scooter from about halfway up the street. Hotel staff will come get you anytime and take your luggage.

Great location, away from the busy streets of Ubud.
Location and peaceful ambience.
Free scooter transport, 24hrs a day, into the ubud central carpark- due to distance. Quite a fun, short trip!
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Rooms were very large and Beds very comfortable.
Liked the roosters for the start of the day.
Nothing at this moment.

The view from the reception and the villas is exotic and peaceful.
The photos are very misleading. While the villa may have been beautiful when first built, it now feels neglected—like staying in an abandoned structure. Gaps in the doors let insects and geckos freely enter, and we spent three nights sharing the room with at least two geckos. It doesn’t feel like a properly maintained property, and honestly, I’m not sure if any maintenance efforts are being made. Despite other reviews pointing out similar issues—and the owner’s responses claiming they’re being addressed—the problems remain unchanged: the bathroom and closet doors didn’t close properly, the bathroom glass door and shower tap were rusty, walls are damaged, and the water pressure was inconsistent. On the first day, the water barely trickled enough to shower; it improved slightly on the second day but was never strong. One of the sinks had such weak water flow that I couldn’t properly wash my hands. The TV didn’t work, there was no in-room phone, and towels were neither replaced nor clean. On our last day, we noticed several dozen ants gathering on a wall. We asked the staff to take care of it while we were out, and when we returned late at night, we found hundreds of dead ants still scattered across the floor. We stayed in a pool villa, but the shared pool also looked abandoned—no one used it, and two (possibly dead) geckos floated in it the entire time. If you’re considering booking this hotel, read the reviews and take them seriously.

The location, staff and value for money property-
It’s extremely quite for something thats in the heart of Ubud (minus the rooster from the farm next door) which was also quite okay as we progressed. Added to the charm! The outdoor shower with the hot water though is so so good
The room really could use a fresh paint job but it’s not a deal breaker at all. The location was so excellent, and the space is comfy. We were put and about most of the time and the room is spacious.

The location was lovely and I think most rooms had an outlook comparable with the online pictures however we chose a villa with private pool. The pool was nice but not private and was overlooked by neighbours and workers building a property across a small rice field. They had full view of the pool and even into the glass bathroom doors. A hedge or fence is needed to provide privacy to the pool and bathroom. The staff were lovely and friendly and took us back and forth to the town on scooters whenever we needed to for no extra costs. The breakfast was simple but good. The bed was comfortable.
Privacy for pool and bathroom glass doors from neighbouring property.

Overlooking weeds and a construction site. No drink or food available when your their, you need to catch motorcycles back and forwards. Very run down, bathroom is dirty and falling apart. Walls in living areas showing water leaks and gyprok coming apart. Mosquitoes easily come in through cracks around doors. Banana chairs next to pool a hazard and very old.Drop off and pickup at central ubud car park is a rubbish tip. Not recommended for children at all due to ride in. I can share photos later if needed.

Spacious, separate rooms with ensuites, villa swimming pool.
Not particularly private due to construction site next door - could see into main bathroom through glass doors.

Room was comfortable but needs a new coat of paint. Outside bath was lovely but the shower barely works. Great AC to keep cool. Hairdryer provided has the wrong plug so is useless. Quite a walk from the Main Street especially at night when it is very dark and scooters go flying past you. Staff were good at communicating but could be disorganised with certain aspects of the stay.
Overall a decent stay. Definitely not for people who are wanting a quick walk into town. No access via car so be mindful when packing bags as they will need to be carried on the back of a scooter.

Staff is really friendly. Location is a bit away from the center, but it is totally worth it and it makes an absolute difference in terms of peace, calm and nice view (rice fields). There is a 24/7 service on scooter from the Villa to Ubud Central Parking, so in the end you really have a fast access 2-5 mins. If you prefer to walk is also possible 10-15mins.
Menu could have more options in food. Food provider or food forecast could be better. Yet you have so many options to eat around, this is really just a minor detail they can improve if they consider it of value. Other than that, everything was amazing!

Our stay here was amazing the staff were absolutely amazing so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. One of our favourite parts was getting to and from the villa on the scooter it was so much fun.
The villa is absolutely beautiful.
Don’t have anything to say other than the stay here was perfect
6.0 / 10.0
Located within rice fields, nice walks surrounding, rooms basic but can’t complain for price point. Nice views to sit outdoors on front of villa. Staff always available if needed motorbike ride to Ubud central which is nice, however we ended up getting our own moped for ease.
Outdoor shower/bath area didn’t feel the cleanest. Bath towels also didn’t feel the cleanest and looked quite old. Location probably not ideal if you don’t fancy a hilly walk/moped ride up and down to the centre of Ubud.
