The LUXE Ubud - a Boutique Hotel

Один из лучших отелей в плане комфорта и соотношения цена/качество где я была. Здесь очень много нюансов которые я всегда ищу в отелях и такой набор качеств редкость. Место идеально тихое и природа вокруг, в тоже время 3 минуты и ты в самом центре убуда. Есть удобная большая ванная с красивым видом. Удобная Кровать, есть рабочий стол и кресла качалки. Личная Терраса очень крутая, красивый вид, есть лежаки и круглый диван, и завтрак можно попросить прям на террасе. В номере кофемашина с безлимитным кофе, нормальный чай, вода. Убирались пару раз в день незаметно пока мы уходили, всегда когда возвращались уже постель застелили, полотенца чистые все аккуратно. Есть услуга бесплатная круглосуточно байк трансфера до центра убуда и назад, больше 5 мин мы никогда не ждали, ребята супер. Завтраки супер, очень достойные! Какие-то постоянно конфетки клали. Персонал 10/10. В общем я в восторге и благодарности.

Единственное пожелание что можно было бы еще улучшить - обновить полотенца. Они чистые, но видно что уже старенькие и застиранные.

This hotel is located at a convenient and beautiful location, minutes away from Ubud town. Since the hotel is located outside of the town, upon our arrival to the hotel's pick-up point, the staff promptly arrived on scooters to collect our belongings and to safely take us up to the hotel. This short and exciting ride is very worth it! Along with pick up/drop off at the start and end of your stay, the hotel offers a complimentary scooter service to and from Ubud town. You can get to Ubud town in less than 20 minutes on foot but on hot afternoons, late nights or if we were ever short on time, the complimentary scooter ride was very reliable! The hotel itself is surrounded by beautiful lush rice fields which create an exquisite and serene environment. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in their largest villa. Our villa and all of its thoughtfully curated amenities (including a delicious daily breakfast!) exceeded all of our expectations! Each and every room in this villa is well-maintained, incredibly spacious, thoughtfully designed, beautifully decorated and is equipped with everything that a guest may need or require (including their convenient filtered water system). Thorough housekeeping was provided twice every day, leaving each room in our villa virtually spotless. No room for complaints of any kind! There are not enough words to describe the hospitality provided by each and every one of the staff members at this hotel. Our concierge team, led by the delightful Ngurah and Nyoman, was incredibly kind, professional and went above and beyond to ensure a most comfortable stay. For any support, questions or requests, the staff were always available to communicate with via WhatsApp. Their friendliness, their warmth, their caring nature, their attention to detail and all of their efforts felt intentional and personal. We are overwhelmed with gratitude.

Since this hotel is not accessible by car, if you have any accessibility needs or limitations, or it is difficult for you to walk or get on a scooter, this hotel may not be suitable for you.

It was a great location close to Ubud but away from the hustle and bustle.

This stay was for our Honeymoon. Luxe Villas was a standout. Villa was prepared as requested with a warm honeymoon welcome which included flowers on the floor making out a “Happy Honeymoon” script. This was an impressive surprise for my wife. The decor, the facilities was all top drawer and the staff incredible.

No fault here of Luxe Villas, but the switch from car to scooter to access Villa was a little annoying.
