Big clean rooms in a quiet area a short walk from the centre.

The room was exceptional, and the one I stayed in had the best location at the end of the row on the first floor. It had a view of the garden and the pool from the balcony. The room was big, clean and very comfortable. It had a good workspace with a power point, which was handy. The pool was nice, but I didn't use it as I was out most days. The breakfast was simple. The WIFI was fast. It is a lovely compound, quiet and away from the busy centre, but only a ten-minute walk away. There are some great restaurants on the same street. They provide filtered water and a great tea station in the room, including a big jug to bring filtered water up from the restaurant. The staff are lovely! They always said hi and asked about my day. I felt very comfortable and safe staying there alone.

The breakfast wasn't great for gluten-free options, and it wasn't as healthy as I'd like. It was fine for the few mornings I did eat there. A couple of times, my balcony door wasn't locked after housekeeping had been in. I mentioned this to the staff, and it was rectified. They were very apologetic.

Good little place to lay you head

Clean room and comfortable bed. Location is not too far out from the centre of Ubud. Quiet location and away from the hustle and bustle of of the town centre. Can walk into town centre if you're up for it.Good to walk in the day, perhaps not good if you don't like walking in the night as the street get lonely. The street leads straight to the Ubub palace and centre of Ubud with stalls and markets and restaurants at the end.

I had a ground floor room with a small frosted window. No view. Also staff moving around and sweeping and cleaning early in the morning can be disturbing. The reception give earplugs to use for noise from neighbouring roosters and traffic etc. I didn't need to use them as I didn't hear of those noises that disturbed me.

Disappointed with stay and unfair charge!!

The hotel was clean and peaceful. They kindly organised a birthday surprise in my room with my family.

I booked 3 pool view rooms to celebrate my birthday and was disappointed to receive only 2 pool views and 1 balcony room. I had hoped for all of us to be together for the occasion, but I chose not to make a fuss at the time. However, what really upset me was being charged for a replacement key on our second day after it snapped in the lock. The key was already faulty, and although the door was fixed, it’s unfair to be held responsible for something that clearly wasn’t caused by us. It’s not about the money—it’s about being blamed for an issue that was not our fault. I won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest you ensure all keys are properly checked before handing them to guests.

Nice jungle pool, good room and bathroom, close to Ubud

Worst hotel don’t stay there unless you want to stay awake all night.

The room size

The location is near farms, you won’t be able to sleep at all because there’s 0 noise cancellations, you can hear every step and noise from others plus there’s roasters and dogs that will keep you awake all night. The walls of the hotel as if they are made of paper you can hear every step every noise from the other rooms. Don’t get me started about the breakfast it’s terrible.

The place is located near Ubud palace and nearby all shopping and sightseeing places. The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and we had a comfortable stay here with family. Will strongly recommend this place.

Great staff and pool

The staff were very helpful and the pool is fantastic. We were originally in one room that was incredibly noisy due to a neighbouring rehearsal and the AC was broken, but they hotel kindly moved us to another room very quickly. The second room was lovely and quiet with great AC. The facilities were great and clean.

Nice, small, cute hotel in Ubud well located.

It's a small hotel and the staff make an effort to attend all your needs. The pool area is nice. The food is good and the price is good value. Would recommend.

In one of the rooms we were given there was a very strong smell of damp which made being in the room quite disagreeable. We did mention it to reception , but nothing seemed to be done. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Room was nice, complex was nice and very good location.

The pool wasn’t very clean it looked very muggy so didn’t use it, the wifi was terrible didn’t work in the room for half of our stay so had to use our data.

Quiet, calm, comfy

I loved staying here so much that I extended my stay by another week. Considering how inexpensive this place is, it’s such a great accomodation. Staff always happy and helpful, clean and cool pool, not too busy. Room is super comfy, large and great bathroom. Nice decor, wildlife.

I could hear every single noise from anyone upstairs. I even had to tell the staff to be quiet late at night as they swept the stairs. Restaurant food was awful. I don’t like leaving such negative feedback, but you guys need a new chef. The bed wasn’t super comfy and it was noisy when I moved - unstable planks of thin wood under the mattresses.

High class facilities without the high cost. Couldn’t have wished for more

We loved Tetirah the staff were so welcoming and always helpful with any queries. The rooms are really spacious and clean and the beds really comfortable. Lots of room to put cases and the bathrooms are lovely with both bath and separate shower. The aircon is fabulous. There is plenty of room on the balconies along with a rack to dry towels etc. the pool was a lovely temperature and mostly had it to ourselves when we used it. This place is a little oasis of calm in what is the mad world of Ubud.

I am so frustrated that I had to endure these two unfortunate occasions.

Staff was helpful

Unfortunately, strong burnt coconut smell coming from next door and gang of lizards at the room were the definition of a nightmare. I couldn’t sleep whole night during my stay and if I knew, I would never ever stay. The smell made me nauseous and it was very traumatic. Lizards were not scared of human and they were awake all night making noise. I must say that breakfast was so poor as well. Overall, everything was so disappointing although staff was helpful.

A calm and wholesome stay in Ubud.

We had a really calm and wonderful stay at Tetirah Boutique Hotel. It is quiet and nicely a little out of the way of the (now very) busy hubbub of Ubud centre but within easy walking distance or a very short scooter ride - which makes it a perfect location for visiting Ubud and the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly lovely and pleasant. Always attentive but never overbearing. Would highly recommend Tetirah and gladly come back again.

Homely and welcoming :)

The staff were amazing, so friendly every time you come back they say “welcome home” which is lovely. The cleaning staff were also amazing and very friendly. The bed was sooooo comfortable and the location was good a little bit from the hustle and bustle but literally walking distance to it.

the WiFi wasn’t the best connection inside the room, but at the restaurant it worked better.

overall you get what you pay for

staff were really friendly and helpful got sick whilst staying there and they were helpful with this. the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. the location was central and close to all the main attractions

the pool was a greenish colour for the first few days which was off putting. the last day or two it seemed to be clearer. if it is raining be careful as it get really slippy around the hotel my partner fell and hurt himself going down one of the ramps
